Older lady working the counter was not very friendly. I called to let them know I was going to be 15min late because I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and when I showed up for my order she take my order, puts it on the take out shelf, says “here” abruptly, and walked away.
Like I get it your busy but, would it kill you to be more polite and welcoming

They brought back the cruller. When I visited previously and asked for a cruller, the clerk didn't know what it was. Hopefully, they will go a step further and add the chocolate frosted cruller.

Rude Pretend they don't see you and will Wait on you Tell you they are still working on it I'm waiting for a non toasted bagel and a Ice Tea Waited another 7 minutes asked how much longer did not respond I ended up leaving and going to another
Picking up a order that was a ice coffee and a bagel sliced with original cream cheese and I was asked what I was picking up Took order out of printer then made the coffee waited 4 minutes ask how much longer and just looked at me and didn't respond The order pays 3 dollars and I was waiting for 11 minutes for a non toasted bagel I unassigned because it was another 10 minutes to deliver Just can't afford to waste that much of my time I have bills to pay

I got my order wrong, my husband ordered a plain cheese egg bagel, and they added sausage,,I don’t eat pork, so they should be listening orders right!! It’s second time they did this to us, never gonna visit this place again!!

Staff is friendly, service is prompt, and my coffee order always turns out great! Beware of the parking lot—it is small and the drive thru wraps around the lot, so it can be tricky to park.
