I visit this location about 4-5 times per week. Typically with a large order for the sales staff at my job. Friendly staff and quick service despite being a busy location in the morning. I deducted a star because of one employee who refuses to make my coffee the way I order it. Every single time I order it and get back to work and taste my coffee, it’s not right and the sticker on my cup reads nothing like what I ordered. Only for my coffee. Apparently she thinks I use too much creamer, I guess. Aside from that, no complaints

As my husband was placing our extensive order, the man stated “can you hurry, there’s a long line”. That was very unprofessional. It wasn’t like we were asking questions, we were literally ordering multiple items for a family of 4. Not to mention my drink was incorrect once we got up to the line. I will not be returning, do not to visit this location unless you want to be rushed and get incorrect items.

Older lady working the counter was not very friendly. I called to let them know I was going to be 15min late because I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and when I showed up for my order she take my order, puts it on the take out shelf, says “here” abruptly, and walked away.
Like I get it your busy but, would it kill you to be more polite and welcoming
