Ordered take out... Fried shrimp platter Fried whiting platter... it was so DRY.. almost like they put old food in the fryer from the day before. Mac n cheese lacked flavor... chicken wings and shrimp had no flavor and was DRY... my bill was $75 and they had the nerve to try to add a 4% gratuity tip. Very disappointed... never again

food is delicious period however, they are the most inconsistent business Ive ever seen! On three separate occasions where the business is advertised as open, when approaching the door we are met with someone saying their closed. We travel a good ways to get there every time just to be told, the chef’s knee hurts or we have a private event. Update the website for Gods Sake. They apparently can’t do two things at once. Black businesses really need to do better!

I just got out of there. They said there were only 2 people working and they only had takeout. There were literally no customers, we were only 2 people to eat there, it didn't cost anything to serve us. what a way to chase customers

I've eaten here several times and I can't say it's been consistently good, but i keep trying to give another chance.. Today though I was very disappointed. The price point didn't match up, especially for the breakfast items.I had the fried potatoes platter with eggs, beef bacon and toast. For the potatoes to be the main dish, it came in a side dish container, the eggs were decent, the bacon was cooked in old grease or just wasn't fresh, no butter on the toast. I ordered a side of scrapple(4.00), which included one thin piece. I'm going to have to give them a break for a while.

I NEVER leave reviews but I was very disappointed. They overcharge. No way that 1 thin slice of scrapple is $4. And the servings are little. These are my opinions. But my wife and I were dissatisfied. Hopefully they'll get better. But I will NEVER order there again.
