HORRIBLE PLACE. THEY ALWAYS MESS UP SOMETHING WITH MY ORDERS. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY TOO. THEY DIDNT PUT ONE OF MY SANDWICHES IN THE BAG IN DRIVE THRU( ANOTHER MISTAKE LIKE ALWAYS). I LITERALLY PULLED A FOOT AWAY FROM THE WINDOW, PARKED MY CAR AND WENT BACK IN TO GET MY SANDWICH THAT THEY FORGOT. THEY THEN ACCUSED ME OF GETTING THE SANDWICH AND LYING TO THEM ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE GIRL SAID SHE GAVE IT TO ME. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECT AND BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY LIFE. OVER A SANDWICH?? I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE AND I WILL FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS. IM FED UP WITH THIS PLACE! Do not go to this location for anything cause you will be ignored by the employees. I have been ignored on multiple occasions by employees. I have tried contacting the Doans and doesn't even seem like anything gets done because employees are rude and constantly ignore you.

12/6/25 9:40am went to this McDonald’s drive through ordered a small Carmel frappe No whip, pull up to 2nd window, then was told to just pull up to line. 10min go by nothing I go inside asked about drink, guy says they’ve been calling?? How you gonna call me when I went to drive through?? Caused me to be late for work!!!

This was the unorganized McDonald's I have ever visited. We waited 45 minutes to receive our food. They were concentrating on drive through not customers in the restaurant.

It only gets 1 star because no stars isn't an option. McDonald's will need to figure out how to automate everything to get better. The staff is incapable of doing anything correctly, let alone politely. Fast isn't an option. Receiving g your order correctly? Also not an option. Pathetic would be an upgrade from my experience tonight. Order # 634
a guy that was taking orders through drive through around 2:40 pm Nov 26 2025. Sarcastic guy, i told him no mustard because of a health problem but anyway he said “no mustard?” And i said “no thank you” and he said “ill make sure there is no mustard “ . He said it in a sarcastic way as if he was making fun of me, so before i left i checked my burger and it had mustard ! Yall think yall funny until someone suing. I thought new york workers were rude and ignorant.

I go there most mornings on my way to work for iced coffee. Im almost always treated very respectfully and quicklly. I really like the traing manager who eorks the cashier window. I also liketge really happy tall guy who works the food pickup window. I usually cam get through the drive-thru in under 3min. However, its been taking up to 10min lately with onlu a few cars in the que. I just wish that if someone has a large or complex order, they would ask them to park in tbe to'go spots instead of holding up the line.
