Went there first time place was nice and clean and the people that work there was very friendly the food was very good they had chicken and beef in gravy potatoes and green beans and a pasta with vegetables in it soft rolls and bread and the dessert was very good will go again

You will invariably end up seeing a line of cars stack up in the post drive thru queue or end up in that queue because they dont prep enough during the lunch and dinner rushes. Do not expect fast service here and expect them to gameify their service statistics. As for the workers caring about this? Forget it Jake, its fast food in 2025. Noone cares about anything and why should they.
Food is usually done well though, so there's that.
Update: after coming back to the restaurant they did attempt to make things right. Though the burger was poorly assembled. Eh, still a stack of cars waiting for food though.

I seldom review fast food but when I do it is to warn others. I don't know who owns the franchises in this area but they are definitely ran the same, like it's 1995. The pro is these franchises are so bad it stops me from eating here often.

I went specifically for Mocha Frappe but machine is still broken after a week. Seems like machine is broken more often than not and it’s frustrating bc when we order online or in the app we don’t have option for a refund.

I ordered Mocha Frappe for myself & chicken nuggets for my dog
nuggets seemed more like real chicken so I had some too. 🤭 to my surprise they were pretty good.
It’s not staff’s responsibility to have frappe machine working
Surely they take the brunt of the failures of their management team to call for repair and corporate policy regarding no refund for it.
it’s not on service providers. I got a chocolate shake instead but not as good by far.
