This morning my experience at Dunkin Donuts though always rather Pleasant, today was just amazing and really filled with Christmas spirit Selena the Barista who I hadn't met before really went out of her way to get everything I needed and just to be kind and really gave the best customer service I've ever had there. Everything was also great it always is and I just really appreciate it. It's so awesome to see people being kind like Selena and having the Christmas spirit for real..

Ever since they opened this Dunkin, it’s been my go-to location! I will literally drive from taneytown to littlestown just for their coffee and food. My drink/ food always tastes great & the workers are so nice & welcoming.

Good service but whoever chooses the music I really don't like it. It's a coffee shop, would prefer, instrumental with no lyrics, something relaxing or no music at all.

Service was fast and friendly, and they loved helping my little man pick out a dozen donuts. Maybe smaller selection because it is a smaller outfit, but the same quality you would expect from people who put the customer first

Walked in the unlocked door at 8 pm on the dot and was told by the young blonde boy behind the counter that they were closed and could not help me even though they had a full display case of fresh donuts....when I ask what the store number was he told me he didn't know what it was and would give me the owners name.....

Did an online order. Drink was good. I asked the gal if the cream cheese ans knife was in the bag for my bagel she said she thinks so. I looked. Nope nothing. To top it all off. Cream cheese was expired on 7.6.25..I ordered today on 8.11.25 so over a month expired.
Thank you for your kindness! Today is my sons birthday and we went in to order 6 doughnuts. We were giving a dozen free. The nice lady even wrote Happy Birthday on the box. You made his Birthday thank you!!!
