Ordered a filet o fish meal on the app.Picked up thru drive thru and 10:36 am 08/20/25...Gotta be the worst meal I have ever had.The bun was like rubber as if it was microwaved too much.Fries were Luke warm..I am sure it was a meal from the day before...Never ever going to another Mcdonalds...Very Disappointed

Everytime I get food here yall always mess something up your always training new people and not helping them putting them in drive through they have no idea what’s happening and nobody helps them I’ve came in an was missing half my order before please pay attention to your new hires and actually help them

Food is just regular old McDonald's food, however I think there was only one time that this location ever fully completed or even got our order correct. I'm being serious I just got home, and one of our four piece nuggets only had 3 in it, whatever to that though it's just a nugget, but all of our fries were missing. All of them there wasn't a single fry in the bag. There are constant issue with not being tended to in the drive through as well, once this summer after a vacation we decided to get a quick bite and proceeded to sit in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for them to process our app order code or something. I dunno, but forgetting every fry in our order tempted me to make a review

Went to the drive thru at 10 am today, on a Thursday. Sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes. Didn't move 1 inch. Never got to place my order. I was one car away from placing my order. Line never moved. Employees are slow & have a poor work ethic.

Update...If you're looking for the ice dispenser to work at the soda fountain...good luck. It has been out of service for almost a year. Terrible ownership.
No frills here. Basic chain restaurant. The food was good and the employees were super pleasant. No complaints about general cleanliness and there was ample parking.
The decor was trendy as you can tell the building just had a recent overhaul. Overall good experience and I would definitely go back again.

The surface of the employee was top notch. Service of the kiosk sucked because the computers went down as soon as I put my order in, but the young lady who is running the shift was very professional and polite, and once they got their system up and running my food was out in short order and it was made to perfection

Foods always good although they've mixed up my order and foods been missing staff is friendly sometimes the wait for food is long prices are ok. Used to work here 25 years ago definitely changed over the years and the remodel is ok

I had the worst experience I've ever had at this McDonald's. The customer service from the girl at the drive thru with the braided pigtails was beyond poor. When I asked what her name was, she refused to give it to me. No responsibility is taken at this McDonald's and they seem to be quite proud of themselves when they are rude. I think id have to be starving before I eat from this location again . With customer service this poor its no wonder this location has such a bad rating
