Long wait times whether you order on the app or in store. No longer is customer service a priority at this location, though it is not the fault of the employees that have to work their butt's off due to lack of help. The blame goes to the new ownership (from NY) that only cares about making money at the expense of the help and customers.
No longer do they use the order board that you can see when your order is ready. Nope, they are told by the owners to clear the orders as quickly as possible so they can lie about the order times. Unless you search for the Corporate feedback phone number, you can longer give honest reviews of their locations as they have taken that off the receipts. So now they have employees do most all feedback to get the numbers up for Corporate McDonald's who have strict guidelines that are not being followed.
Hopefully one day Corporate finds out the truth about these owners and their dishonest ways of doing business and takes all their stores away.
If you've read this review, don't take it out on the young employees working there. They are doing what they are told by upper management and the owners.

on 10/19 i went at 8pm. there was a rush. i told them to take their time due to them being busy. i ordered a code with the mcdonalds app. the cashier upcharged my order by adding things to my order i didnt even mention. even after i told her to repeat my order exactly to prevent mess ups. not only was i upcharged, but i didnt get half the food i actually ordered (alongside the food she added to my order. didnt get that either). at the pay window an old man was cashing me out. i thought he was friendly. stuck behind cars for several minutes i made small talk & he decided to act weird to me, be creepy, harass me. i rolled up my window and he proceeded to stare at me for a solid minute or two before i got to move forward to get my food. calling management did nothing. calling higher ups got me a "we'll give you a free meal & they hung up before they even gave me the offer for the free meal. i had to call this mcdonalds for a week straight until they decided to give me a $5 coupon. unacceptable for what i faced.
another issue i faced on 10/26, this was their second & final chance to redeem themselves. i ordered at 10:10pm. near closing. i told them to tell me what NOT to order so i wouldnt be a burden to them. they told me not to order icecream & a few other things (appreciated communication). so i ordered 3 mcchickens, cookies, & fries. i pull over & check my order, everything looking good. im excited. i get home, open the mcchickens. none of them had patties. it was just bread & mayo. that was it. i called to complain, phones shut down. i call the next day (at different hours), they wouldnt answer (even if they picked up, they said theyd get a manager.. and then id be put on an hour or two hold).
OVERALL this mcdonalds sucks. from now on im driving to the Gettysburg or Hanover one. might as well drive the extra distance for guaranteed food vs taking a gamble and losing money just for convenience

This feedback is to the GM/Owners of this location, have more employees working at the same time it is not fair to your workers that they have to do so many roles due to understaffing this location.
For other customers the employee are nice and the service as fast as it could be, but there might a wait due to how few employees are on location.

The worst food ever anytime we go to THIS McDonalds it’s always something the foods cold the fries are damn near chips customer service? Forget it the wait time just gets worse every time i return busy or not I don’t blame the kids working there I blame management and the owners get them kids some help and customer service training i honestly hate the fact they are the only fast food in town makes busy days even worse

I ordered food last night, 5$ meal deal. They said lobby was opened, but it was locked. I tried to reach out but they hung up on me the second they answered, I could not reach my food or ask for a refund. I have continued to try and reach out but it goes to voicemail immediately, they do not check their phones or listen to people's complaints. I'm disappointed, I have reached out to write a report on this several times at how they treat customers, my father has as well. Do not order online or in drive through, they just disappoint you.

Took 20 minutes for me and my family to get 6 McDonald's 4 McChickens no customers inside and no one in drive thru my wife had to check to make sure they didn't forget us this was like 8 pm in evening

I have been to many McDonald's in my life. But never have I ever.. given 5 stars as a review, enjoyed every part of my meal, felt like they weren't annoyed I was ordering & got actually good service. Those were the best fries I've ever had. At this location I got all of those things. I just moved to town, from the south & this was a very pleasant experience.
