Not sure if this employee is new. But VERY VERY disrespectful woman in her mid 40s/50s my mother and I dealt with . I can see by the type of person she was why she is stuck at a dead end job. We ended up walking out with nothing . My mother is an elder 71 yr old woman and was trying to order subs for a few people and the employee showed she was very annoyed with her. Had no patience. Showed a lot of aggression and no respect. Threw my sandwich in the oven like she had a problem. My mom already told her what she wanted (what kind of sandwich) and when the employee asked her what she wanted my mom answered with the kind of cheese she wanted (normally the question they ask after) The employee got frustrated and took the cheese my mom asked for and threw it on my already cooked sub. Talked down to her like she was stupid (this happened just about every time she talked to my mother) and snapped at her and said ‘no! What kind of meat!?’ After I saw how my mom felt upset how the employee was treating her and then talked to me like I was stupid because I asked about the huge clump of cheese she threw on it, we left. We were buying at least $70 in subs and NO it wasn’t busy. Nobody was there other than us. We got more than half way through the order before 1 person came in behind us. So I don’t understand what the employees problem was. Clearly customer service is not her skill. She does not know how to treat people. I’d be surprised if she’s still there in a month. After this experience I will not be going back. I never been disrespected so many times in just a few minutes in my life. She was a terrible person to deal with. I hope she feels awful for how she acted.

Ordered the NoBready Bowls last Tuesday Sept 26 early afternoon and it was prepared really well! Both bowls were filled to the brim. I was pleasantly surprised so Kudos to whomever prepared our meals. During this time there was also a promotion for a free footlong and we got to avail it. Sub was made very well, all ingredients packed and prepped well! Again, thank you so much to whomever prepared our meal (we ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month but the quality was not as good as this week’s order).Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with the sauce seeping from the sub so we were not able to retrieve the feedback link/code.Once again thank you to whomever prepped our meal! You did a wonderful job and you provided quality service! God bless you and your family with more!(Order was delivered to us via DoorDash - our Dasher was prompt and gave us immediate notice as soon as they dropped off our order)Satisfied customer! Just hoping the service we receive is consistent. Guess we’ll see by our next order! :)

The subway experience is going down the toilet. With the added bonus of higher prices and I guess that's partially to pay all the professional sports players they are paying for advertising. New people are working every other week behind making the subs. I guess that's why they are looking for a sale of $8 billion dollars? Loosing interest in the subway experience personally.

Ordered on the app at 6:45 tonight. Trying to get dinner quick before running kids to practice. Went in to pick up at 7:05 as the email confirmation said. Store was busy. Not enough staff. Maybe 6-8 people in front of me. I waited for a few minutes until the employee asked if anyone was picking up an online order. I raised my hand and she explained that they were out of steak and she needed to make more. They waited on the people in the store and then proceeded to make the steak. I ordered on the app to avoid having to stand in line. 30 minutes after my order was placed they informed me they ran out of steak. They couldn’t call me, email me? Waited another 15 minutes for her to make the food after everyone else was helped. The employee did offer a drink while I waited 45 minutes for my food. We won’t be coming back.
