Mark is an amazing man! He is honest, caring and all around has a good soul. He works extremely hard. I had a wedding on October 18, 2025 and the food was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection. All my guest said about how good the food was. He takes care of his clients and communicates well. I can’t thank him enough for all he did! From the moment we met to the day of the wedding it was a stress free process. He had us do I taste test prior and with some stuff happening...
I attended a wedding October 11, 2025, Got to the reception venue, no Mark,no service ,no food, no set up!! He was to have had all of it done and ready before 3pm and nothing! when he finally got there after many complaints and phone calls as well as text messages is where the nightmare unfolded..... no food truck as he promised would be there for the children w chicken tenders and fries, sat up food that wasn't even on the menu,there were to be mashed potatoes instead it...
The staff was so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire evening. During cocktail hour, the charcuterie board was beautifully done and such a hit with our guests. One thing I really appreciated was that the salads were already placed on all of the tables beforehand, exactly how I envisioned...
