We love coming to the Black Bass! We stayed at the hotel and had dinner there 2 nights in a row. The food was amazing, as usual!!! We both had the swordfish which was the best we have ever had. It was incredibly fresh and delicious! I am sensitive to many sauces, so they put the sauces and toppings in little bowls. It was very special! Dessert was yummy! We had the gluten free chocolate cake and their French pressed coffee. Service was great both nights and the entire staff went...
First time at the Black Bass and we really enjoyed it. Ambience was amazing given the age of the hotel and the lore shared by the staff. Bar and table service were outstanding—special shout out to our waitress Jill. Prompt, professional and pleasantly personable. Definitely worth the trip.
A delightful evening from excellent cocktails especially the Basshattan, delicious appetizers, baby octopus and summer peach salad, to perfectly seasoned and cooked pork chops and seared sea scallops, all in a beautiful environment served with care by a professional staff.
