My experience at this Macungie McDonald’s was the worst place I have ever gone. We went in and nobody served us and said we had so we figured we had to go to the kiosk. We put our order in the kiosk and couldn’t figure out how to pay for it so we press the button for help and nobody came to help us. It makes no sense to me to have a business where nobody will help you. I will never go back there again and until McDonald’s figures out a better way to try and serve people individually, Burger King and Chick-fil-A and all the other places are hundred percent better goodbye McDonald’s.

This is my home McDonald's! The food is pretty much like every McDonald's I've visited. The staff is kind and friendly. They occasionally get something wrong, but they are super quick to remedy any errors and offer an apology. I'll be back soon

This McDonalds suck doesn’t matter what time of day it is they all are the worst customer service ever so rude and unpleasant don’t even know how to talk to customers . And the worst part is they are super overpriced !!! Anyone reading these reviews save your money for a different McDonald’s with better prices . This McDonalds is to greedy for there money . Rude service to chatty. waited to long at front counter to get my order takin. Kias isn't always for everyone . Probably the worse franchised McDonald’s restaurant . They should be shut down . Store manager is just a kid .

Worse McDonald’s ever! I hate how they make me wait for my doordash orders when they are doing nothing. no lines in drive thru nobody in store . Pay attention or get out of McDonald’s . And bag the order faster. I don’t get paid well enough by how slow u put my order together .
The workers sucks they are rude . Saw a worker not wash her hands . saw a manager yelling at a crew worker . Food wasn’t even fresh . Don't waste your money or time here . Used to be an everyday customer but they ruined that for me.

This location is awful. This is the regular McDonald’s location my family goes to due to it being the closest to our house and I can’t name a single time we have gone and our order came out correctly. I wish I worked in a profession where I could mess up as often as these people and still get paid. Not to mention they have bad attitudes while doing it. Do better.
