Dayshift manager does not seem to care at all that he clicked my DoorDash order was ready, when he clearly hadn’t even started bagging it yet. This takes off my time and my approval ratings. He should be demoted, and find someone who cares about the customer to replace him. There are plenty of fine workers at that place who do care, but that guy, could care less who was in there and why they were there
Food wasn't bad for fast food but this is the second time I've ordered a bacon cheeseburger and didn't get any BACON!! I suggest you listen to an order when it is given!
This is my home McDonald's! The food is pretty much like every McDonald's I've visited. The staff is kind and friendly. They occasionally get something wrong, but they are super quick to remedy any errors and offer an apology.
