Attended the New Year's party. I was excited to attend, it was advertised to have a wing and pizza buffet. Not that I was expecting great pizza but it tasted like doctored up frozen pizza. The wings were decent but not enough to go around. Also the fact that two dogs were aloud to roam free indoors was not something I expected. The dog owners were placing shirts for sale on the dogs then back onto the rack. I'm a dog lover but I almost tripped over it as it was on the dance floor. Bartender told a couple in front us that all drinks were included with drink tickets. The bartender gave us the drinks we ordered then rudely told us the drinks we ordered were not in the drink ticket list. She also needed to look up how to make a gin fizz. Overcrowded and overpriced for an event that's supposed to get you excited for the New Year-
Always a great night at the River
Would recommend a visit loved the beers and the atmosphere. The beers are true to the styles they represent I had a Marzen and hazy IPA both delicious. The tiki bar and outside area are fun adding to the pleasurable experience!
Beer is mediocre at best.
Wow, an outdoor experience like no other in our area. Great beer, great food, great times!
Great atmosphere. Beers are good, not great. Amazing for kids
Great place and atmosphere will definitely come back
Honestly? We’re not even sure where to start — Rising River is less of a brewery and more of a full-blown ecosystem. Set back in the woods with a creek running through it and a tiki bar planted on the deck, this brewery-distillery(???) hybrid feels like a beach resort, a college hangout, and a family park all rolled into one.
By mid-afternoon on a beautiful Saturday, the place was absolutely packed. Parking lots were full, and folks were arriving on foot and bikes — clearly the destination in town. The crowd was as eclectic as the drink list: kids splashing in the creek, retirees sipping cocktails, and college students living their best lives. It’s chaotic, but in a magnetic, “you kind of have to see it to believe it” way.
With most people ahead of us ordering cocktails, we weren’t expecting much from the beer — but wow did the porters and stouts deliver. If you get the chance, don’t skip the Super Duper Hero Sandwich or River Gremlin. Both were standout brews with rich malt backbones and bold, memorable flavor. Super duper was chock full of raspberry banana and peanut butter flavor. The gremlin was roasty coffee and vanilla.
That said, the service was… not exactly streamlined. First-timers (like us) looked a little lost next to the seasoned regulars who knew exactly when and where to grab their drinks. But even with the wait, the vibe was undeniable.
Rising River is wild, weird, and wonderfully alive — more than a brewery, it’s a full-on experience.
Fun place located next to the Little Lehigh creek. Get there early as the place gets crazy crowded.
Love this spot! The staff is really cool, and they have live music in their big outside bar area. Craft beer lovers…don’t pass up this hidden gem! 💎🍻

Love this bar. Always a great time with drink selections.
Great live bands for entertainment.
Recently, I saw New Normal Band play there. So much fun
My wife and I like to come here for 2 reasons. Great beer and its vast open space. Friendly staff, too.
We had a GREAT TIME and would recommend. We were traveling through on our way back north & my husband enjoyed the Cheetah (Beer/IPA) and I tried the slushies (the seasonal pumpkin one was a surprise!). Shoutout to Marla for being such a great bartender and recommending different drink options.
The atmosphere is fabulous and parking ample. We had a 19ft long rig, so we parked in the lower lot.
