I arrived at Rita's in tMacungie at 130 The signs that open not from the window multiple times. No action so I left. I called them 10 minutes later and asked if they were busy. They said yes so I riped 5 minutes. No customers in line. I then asked manager why they didn't answer. They said they were busy in the back. 3 people got no service.

Why, when the girls are weighing out what appear to be pints, do they skim off the top and discard into a waste bucket if it’s a little over?? Why not leave it for the customer as opposed to throwing it out?

I was driving through town and wanted something sweet. I have never been to a ritas but the girl Liz working there was so helpful. She explained all the different items and let me taste test. I will hopefully find time to stop back in soon.

One of the best underrated soft serve / icee establishments. So good, we go quite often after a stop at Dorney Park when we are in the area over the years! Definitely recommended for folks who have never tried Rita's Italian ice & soft serve ice cream before!

The people that work here are very nice however it’s poorly managed! I come in the other day and there was a couple in front of me and they ordered 2 quart size ices and my boyfriend and I were ordering two regular size and there were three people including a manager standing inside as if it takes three people to weigh somebody’s ice. Instead of the three of them being doing the same thing they should’ve had one person working on the customers that were in front of me and then the other employee taking my order also I usually only come there when there’s lemon because that’s my favorite and I feel like over the past year and a half two years Rita’s lemon flavor has almost no taste
