A horrible customer service the staff treat other staff like crap it's very loud the food was uncooked and the restaurant was unclean and smelled like dirty toilet and took me an hour over to find a table to sit at and not enough lighting like sitting in a dark corner and the coffee was way too strong and customer service was horrible couldn't get my order correct as of 3 weeks ago

The decor is a hunter's paradise, the staff is fast and friendly, the owners and manager are welcoming, and most of all, the food is delicious. Renee is a top-notch waitress! My brother ate there daily before he passed and was treated like family. Love and highly recommend the Broken Arrow.
Great food, waitress was very nice and on top of everything. Very large portions. Had to take half home for another meal. Next time I want to try their deserts. Fresh pies.
The food was great as usual but when we arrived they were cleaning.. wiping walls , dusting the mounts hanging on the wall and vacuuming. Our waitress was distracted by the cleaning and she was vacuuming. When our food arrived , the one lady proceeded to our side of the room, I think two tables away from us and started dusting the deer head on the wall with a long handled duster. I found this irritating that that kind of cleaning was going on during business hours while people are trying to eat. I personally found it rude
