Once you enter carinis restaurant you may be able to have a seat anywhere you want. There is always music on but if you have a specific song you want to listen to just kindly ask (Ben) the owner to play it for you and he will. Carinis has a good atmosphere and the food there is delicious. You don't wait long for the food to arrive. They serve desserts in the refrigerator which you are allowed to get and soda of your liking. There is a bathroom available and handicap entrance available. Parking in the front and side of the place. If you don't want pizza no problem Ben has fresh food made daily rice, beans, meats, salads, sandwiches, wings made daily. I hope you like the place and enjoy the food.

Took two hours to get three pizza and I live in the same city. Which is crazy and I’ll never order from them again

Every time we try ordering from here, we do so in the hopes that they got better.

They tell us a time to pick up our order, and we show up on time, maybe even a few minutes late, and every time, they didn't even start making our food yet! This time, we got there to pick up our food, and the guy asked if he should start making our order now.
No.
No, you shouldn't start making it now because we're going somewhere else.

They take orders for delivery and have no driver. Ordered food an hour before my break to be delivered at a certain time, never received my food. And the person on the phone just kept saying ten more minutes.

I called in to order a couple hoagies. She had a very hard time understanding what a garden cheesesteak/California cheesesteak was even though it’s on the menu so I explained what it was just in case she was confused… pretty basic lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, cheese, steak bun. So I live just about a mile down the street from this place yet when I tried to give him my address to have it delivered they had no idea where I was at and was again having a hard time finding me so I decided to just run and pick them up instead. I ran down to pick them up I got to talking with another customer in the place AND I didn’t check my food before I left. I get home. I have a cheesesteak with cheese sauce and steak. Nowhere in my order did I want sauce on anything. So I again called and questioned what happened to the lettuce, tomato and onions and this time I got the owner and he said that the girl at the front is new. She’s just learning I said OK that’s fine. I get it but now I cannot run down to pick up the hoagies again. Can you just deliver them? Sure, not a problem he brought them up about 40 minutes later which wasn’t an issue dropped them off they leave. I open the boxes. There’s no MAYO ZERO NONE on the 2 California cheesesteak hoagies so I called down just to ask what happened again and he told me don’t worry about the mayonnaise. You’re gonna love these hoagies. There’s just a little tiny bit on the bun. You’re not even gonna be able to see it but you’re gonna love it anyway I also put some oil and vinegar on the side for you 🙄🙄 I got nowhere with these people. Who the hell puts oil and vinegar on a garden cheese cheesesteak? I wasted 25 bucks. I don’t have mayonnaise here at work that I can just magically put on…. Needless to say I won’t be stopping or calling here ever again.

A man next to me had his order messed up the way they treated him was totally disrespectful YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!!!! If you noticed I walked out after seeing how you gave the man a hard time and how you laughed when he left. DO NOT EAT HERE READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE RUDENESS TAKE YOUR $$ DOWN THE STREET TO A REPUTABLE BUSINESS!

Ordered 2 california cheese steaks, I specifically told them lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo..
Maybe the person answering the phone should speak and understand English.

Your customer service giving me a hard time after I pointed it out to you is completely ridiculous .

I will never order or recommend anyone to your business again.

Sitting here just watched the guy with the glasses I believe he is the owner of the restaurant literally touched everything cleaned the counter and handled money and wiped his forehead and didn’t even changed his black gloves and touched every food with the same glove without changing it or putting on a new glove 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Good Food and timely service since the current owner took over. Even had the owner himself make a delivery to Trenton for me a few weeks ago. Keep up the good work!

Placing an order over the phone sometimes seems to take forever.
