I feel bad that I haven't given my review for so long, but Bamboo's clay pot is one of my favorite dishes anywhere for 20 years now. It's a family recipe that you will not find replicated anywhere else (and I've searched and tried many clay pots all over the world).

The absolute BEST! I ordered take out today and got the vegetable soup (the variety of veggies in this is amazing, plus the crispy tofu), cant forget their hot chili oil! The veggie summer rolls are so fresh and the perfect savory light bite with the sweet peanut sauce!! I’ve had the BIGGEST pregnancy craving lately for do chuah and asked if they could give me a large side of it and WOW, I’m in heaven! I’m so so grateful!! I was nauseous all day and this food brought me back to life!! Thank you Bamboo!!! ❤️
The spicy udon noodle soup is healing. I think about it more than I’d like to admit

An awesome Vietnamese restaurant with a menu offering of delicious, mouthwatering dishes. The ambience is very good. The shopping plaza where they are located is convenient to get to. They have plenty of parking. Their bubble teas are very very good. Food is reasonably priced. Good place to go with work colleagues or with your family. Worth giving it a try

I used to frequent this restaurant with my team during office hours, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. We arrived at 1:40 PM, well within the stated lunch hours (the website clearly mentions a 2 PM closing), only to be told the kitchen was already closed.
During busy office hours, it’s not easy to just hop between restaurants, and such inconsistency is not acceptable—especially for regular customers. If the kitchen closes earlier than advertised, that needs to be communicated clearly on website. Extremely disappointed.

Been a Loyal Customer of this establishment for years since my buddy Minh owned the West Chester location. My parents and I visited this establishment on 4/29/25 for dinner. Bamboo is a true gem in Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine. From the amazing crispy spring rolls and favorites consists of clay pot style cat fish, lemon grass chicken, salted fried chicken, cod & shrimp. All the options on the menu are remarkable. The Staff are warm and welcoming. Minh is the owner and is a wonderful guy! Always makes us feel like family. As a Culinarian/Foodie, Bamboo is Highly Recommended! Tell them Charlie sent ya!

Took my cousin for her birthday. We had summer rolls, grilled platter with skewers,sticky rice, banana rolls with ice creme and Vietnamese coffee. It was her first experience with Vietnamese food and she was overwhelmed. Everything was fresh, tasty and flavorful. Service was excellent and prices good. Restaurant was clean with plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.
