Very nice place, I was looking for this type of food on a business trip. Wonton soup was good, and the wontons were tasty. For the meal I got shrimp and vegetables with pan fried rice noodles. Good taste and it was filling too. The hot oolong tea was nice and you get a refill for free. Good place and the staff was nice as well. 5 stars!!

Note for all vegetarians and vegans-- Although the website says "vegetarian" options, when I went to order I was told "this is not a vegetarian restaurant" and my only options were numbers 63 and 64.

I have been coming here since we moved to Malvern in 2008. The food is always delicious and the staff is friendly. It's family run and the food is homemade. No frozen wontons here. This vegetable noodle soup is one of my go-to meals.

The food is incredible. The pho broth was perfect and the pork in my vermicelli bowl was amazing. The bamboo iced coffee was delicious. I can't wait to come back.

My sister and I stopped in Bamboo after a busy morning and were very pleased with the food and service. We both ordered Pho (beef) and it was excellent. Reasonable priced. Definitely will return!

Too little food, too expensive.I ordered pho. It's altogether over $20, and I was not full. With that amount of food, it should be $10.Everything was too little: too little noodles, too little meat. You'd have to ask for salt because there was no salt on the table, and the waiter was not in sight. I went around to find the waiter. Will not eat there again unless there are no other restaurants.

Bamboo does not value its customer! I have received the worst service ever, I literally had to remind Kim, an employee to be respectful as she was very rude and inconsiderate. She lied and said they had never received a complaint on their portion size or high prices, well the reviews say otherwise. Their pho is the worst I have tried to date, not authentic and the portions are small, yet the price is high. When I called to complain about this, I was simply yelled at and repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do about it and “if you don’t like it, don’t come back!”. Please, please save your money! There are many other restaurants that will value you and deliver quality food. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. Bamboo is a great example of unethical business, they have no plans in delivering quality or satisfying their customer but they will take your money!

I love Vietnamese food and this place has the best in the area. I have never been disappointed. The service was good and its a byob. It's a comfortable bit casual atmosphere.

Extensive menu, individual portions are large. Nice servers. Pho is decent.
