Kid-friendliness: This was a great place to stop at and get some food along with letting our son play. He had a great time and made some friends. We were able to sit down at a table and still watch him play while we got to eat. Customer service was great and we got her food and a nice fast time and got everything else that we needed along with refills.

We always have great service at Chick-fil-A. I made an order with the app very close to closing time and was not sure if it would be filled but it was and the workers were very nice and not upset that it was 10:05 and still filling orders as they were cleaning up. They also do an amazing job when we say gluten allergy and have to order gluten free items and they are always in a seperate bag and we have never had an issues with cross contamination as my child has celiac.Dietary restrictions: Great options for gluten free. Fries are always gluten free. Grilled chicken and gluten free buns available too for people with celiac. Have had no issues with cross contamination.
I asked twice to repeat my order and when received I asked again and repeated my order. They assured me it was right. I drove off got to my destination and my order was not right. Missing a whole meal.

Worse experience in a restaurant ever. Today I went to this location. Placed my order through the mobile app and picked up at the drive through window. They gave me the wrong order which I realized when I got home sat down and I did bite my sandwich. It was spicy, I can’t handle spicy food not even a little so of course I ended up having a really unpleasant experience. So I drove back to the restaurant and they didn’t care much. They gave a new order but the manager Colin refused to compensate me for 45 minutes drive, the gas and the extremely unpleasant experience I had. Worse costumer service I ever had.

STAY AWAY!!! Never will I support this location ever again. Very bad management and pathetic owner who doesn’t care about customers, only money. I ordered a drive thru order, and my order was completely wrong. Who gives customer just cheese when they order Mac n cheese? Unfortunately chick fil la corporate can only request the location a refund due to independently owned location. The owner doesn’t wanna refund YOUR money. Been dealing with them for two weeks and still nothing. Just gonna take the lost, but STAY AWAY. SUPPORT SOMEWHERE ELSE
