Everyone that works here look so miserable. Doesn’t say welcome when you say thank you. The one manager has an attitude and was on her phone the whole time taking care of customers. One day they moved the delivery bag back to the shelf. I did not notice because I’m so use to going to the register to get the order and when I asked for the customers food I was given an attitude and told “check the shelf”.

Rudest manager I have ever met :(
Ordered online. The food was cold, the portions were noticeably smaller than usual, and a few of the items in my order were wrong. But the worst part was the service. The older, short gentleman with glasses who helped me was incredibly rude throughout the interaction. Don't waste your time coming here.

Horrible service. All the staffs were super impolite, rude and kept raising their voice unnecessarily. Portion is just rat size, too little. Their card machine wasn't working and she starts shouting at me saying your card ain't working, got declined. And 5 mins later she realizes that it's her machine that ain't working and yet no apology and nothing at all. Continues to be impolite. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

This location has the worst customer service. The staff is rude and has an attitude. They also give very small portions on purpose. It is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle, after 20 years as a loyal customer. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE.

TERRIBLE, tell me why when I ordered a bowl the person who was making my bowl was spitting everywhere on the food and bowl. After I talked to the manager, the manager seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t even apologize for the terrible service. Also the food didnt even look like it was made that day. The only person who apologized was the guy who was making the mobile orders. Like are you seriously not taking responsibility for the mistakes of YOUR employees? The service in this restaurant was horrible please be careful with service like this.

I don’t know why I keep coming. Paid 21$ for one bite of food. Staff is so rude and the attitude is terrible. I always feel rushed and judged by all of the workers. She tried to give me two pieces of chicken and when I asked for more she said double protein? I told her no. This chipotle is terrible.

I visited this Chipotle location on October 13th, 2025, to pick up my Sofritas Bowl order for dinner. When I arrived, the woman at the counter informed me that my order had already been picked up by someone else. I explained that I had not received it, but instead of handling the situation professionally, her attitude and tone were disrespectful and dismissive.
I understand that mix-ups can happen, but the way I was treated afterward was completely unacceptable. I had paid for my meal and was simply asking for what I rightfully ordered. As a customer, I expected understanding and courtesy—not attitude.
If the manager on duty that day is reading this, I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. I chose to remain respectful despite the situation because that’s how I was raised, but I truly hope no other customer has to experience that kind of treatment in the future.
I opened my bowl after coming home and it's not what I ordered, she just put some random things in there. I am writing this with immense pain. She does not deserve to be working in such places and giving food to people like this.

They put way too much rice. Over 75% of my bowl was rice. They also didn’t put any of my protein that I have asked for and added so much guacamole which I have excluded it , missed to add lettuce . When I picked up my order the bag was wet. Staff is not very welcoming. My kid is very upset!!

I dont typically leave bad reviews, however the customer service here is absolutely terrible. Aside from the younger guy working there who is always friendly. The lady at the register specifically is extremely rude and demeaning making it uncomfortable to receive food here. She even put my bowl upside down in the bag. Unfortunately because of the horrible customer service this time around I will not be shopping at this location anymore.
