I love Chipotle, but this location needs a lot of improvement. Consistently out of ingredients, consistently under filling bowls (especially mobile orders). Today, they let me pick up my mobile order without telling me they were out of chips. We will now drive out of our way to go to a better location.

This place sucks the people here give you literally a half a scoop of rice and make u pay for extra rice even thought toppings are free. The amount of toppings they give you is horrible

Wow! Wow!! What happened to the portion sizes?!? Second time visiting this location and it’ll absolutely be my last. I don’t want a dump-truck-sized serving backed-up into my burrito bowl but not less than a spoon of everything. Feel like I paid more than usual for 1/4 of what I usually get at other locations. I think my love for Chipotle will be permanently lost if this becomes a trend at other stores too.

Complete waste of money. I paid for TRIPLE protein and I got one full scoop worth of meat. They just fill the corner of the spoon with a little bit of chicken and that’s it. . JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!!

I only eat here when I see certain people on the line there's two people I can't remember the girls name but I think the guy's name is krilor kyril or kroll I can't remember exactly but as a former Chipotle manager his hygiene is excellent he follows serving protocol and gives me the proper portion and my food is not in a pyramid everything is in equal portion left to right My advice before eating here find out who your favorite people are and only go there when you know they're there because they're way understaffed and the few people they do have there half of them are doing not only their work but the other work of lazy people!

Should’ve read the other reviews. I’d estimate my burrito bowl had 30% food than other chipotles I’ve been to, especially my local one. Maybe you’ll have luck if you ask for more, but I’m just going elsewhere.

Chipotle everywhere is declining in quality and quantity. This particular location is just downright lazy. They ALWAYS run out of veggies by noon, every single frigging day. Any competent store manager should see the pattern and order more ingredients so they don't run out, but not this one. Far easier for the grumpy crew to just give an excuse. They don't care that customers are walking out without ordering because of their incompetence. This is the same trend in every Chipotle in the area including the one in Gateway shopping center, inside KOP mall, and the location on Rt.202 in KOP near the mall.
