This is the only Chipotle location I would strongly advise against. The staff was rude and disrespectful, making fun of customers while talking to colleagues right in front of them. The best way to deal with this is to place your order for pickup so you don’t have to interact with them.

This has to be the worst location , the staff are rude , the portions skimpy , the food thrown in the bag do the sauce leaks out. Just an awful experience

I dont know why I keep coming here when I regret going everytime. The staff is rude. The food is cold. Don’t even get me started on the portion sizes (the picture I attached is white rice, double chicken, corn double cheese and guac. And I had to ask the guy multiple times if he could do anymore because the portions were laughable)
I live 5 minutes from this one so it’s convenient but it literally may be worth driving towards KOP. Never a good experience here

horrendous, genuinely never leave reviews but everything about it is bottom tier. mix of extremely rude and slow workers with newcomers who don’t know what they’re doing. horrible portion size, always underserved and act annoyed when asked to put a normal amount in.. horrific all around

I went many times before, but today I decided to drive to another location after the women closed my lid while I am still ordering (the container is still half full) and started arguing with me for no reason. Unacceptable. If this is the service I am getting, I am not going back.
