Excellent doesn’t even begin to cover it. Soooo… everyone who has known me for maybe even the briefest amount of time knows that I am a meatball snob. I make good meatballs. I consider myself a decent home cook. Literally I have never bought meatballs, and even harder for me? Chicken based meatballs. Normally, I am not a fan of chicken or turkey meatballs or meatloaf even if I make it myself and I don’t generally use ground chicken and ground turkey at home because I just don’t like the texture. But I tried these and I honestly have to tell you that I could eat these all of the time. They are the chicken parm meatballs and they are addictively delicious. For real. And the sauce was also delicious- I made Orecchiette as the pasta.

Our family has gotten the Eggplant Rollatini as the show-stopper for our vegetarian eaters and everyone has loved it! No leftovers ever. I've also enjoyed the meatball parm during the feature weekends - what's to not like about a hot sub on a cold day?! Or any day for that matter.

The Buffalo chicken meatballs were awesome! Perfect amount of heat and great flavor. Nice touch with the crumbled blue cheese and celery and blue cheese to dip. Highly recommend.

Tried the holiday flavored cocktail meatballs and they were a huge hit at my event before Thanksgiving. Ordering them again for Christmas Day and New Year's Eve!
Thought I'd try it on a whim....bought dozen meatballs and rolls, got free gravy (due to Red October!). They were amazing! My very picky Italian husband LOVED them! So much so, that we ordered another 3-dozen for a party (and another container of gravy was thrown in for free!) and they were a hit! Best of all.....since we're local, they are delivered right to my front door. Service is always quick and prompt! Couldn't ask for anything else. Can't wait for our next order.
