Cross Roads was honestly the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Everything was so delicious and had the perfect amount of spice. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and getting takeout was super easy. The staff was really friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Indian food!

Every single dish we ordered was delicious and flavorful. Ghee roast mutton appetizer, chicken 65, apollo fish and paneer majestic - all were amazing. For entree we ordered the ghee roast mutton biryani which had such nostalgic aroma and the mutton was soft and cooked well. Simply loved it. Must try their dal tadka as well. Perfect consistency with garlic and ghee tadka. For drinks we did club soda and thumbsup soda. Even that was on point. Not many places make good soda shikanji but they do. So from start to end, every dish or item was worth trying and so satisfying. And their service is quick and friendly too. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Would definitely come again.

Have always had mixed experiences here. Food quality is hit or miss / not super consistent. Ordered mutton biryani and pulao and there was barely any mutton. When I called to give feedback, was told to bring it back for the kitchen to see. Super unreasonable request, should just accept customers’ word. Do better Crossroads!

If your looking for something good and if your foodie don’t go here I ordered Chicken fry piece biryani and Konaseema chicken vepudu both are not good so I ordered falooda at last and that’s also not good I am never going here again.Last thing the cost is too much compared to other restaurants.

A Flavorful Gem in Malvern: Cross Roads is a Must-Visit for Indian Food Lovers!
My husband and I recently embarked on a trip from Cleveland, Ohio, to visit friends in Malvern, PA, and they surprised us with a dinner at Cross Roads Authentic Andhra/Hyderabad Cuisine. Let me just say—this place is an absolute treasure! From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped by a warm, inviting ambiance and the tantalizing aroma of authentic Indian spices. This restaurant is a game-changer for anyone who loves bold, flavorful Indian food, and we left raving about every single bite.
The ambiance struck a perfect balance of modern and cozy, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that made it ideal for a relaxed evening out. The staff greeted us like family, with genuine warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Our server patiently explained the menu, helping us navigate the extensive selection of Andhra and Hyderabadi specialties, which was a treat for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians in our group.
We started with the Jalapeno Paneer Starter, a fiery yet perfectly balanced appetizer that had us hooked from the first bite. The paneer was soft, fresh, and infused with just the right kick of spice—truly a scrumptious beginning! For mains, I couldn’t resist the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, which was a masterpiece of fragrant basmati rice, tender chicken, and a symphony of spices that danced on the palate. My husband opted for the Paneer Pachimirchi Pulao, a vegetarian delight with creamy paneer and aromatic herbs that was so flavorful it rivaled any meat dish.we will surely come back again ….

Fantastic hyderabadi food including biryani, chicken 65 and special falooda. The dosa was huge, the chutneys including ginger/allam chutney was very tasty. Excellent service. Modern interior decor. Look forward to more visits!

We've eaten here (take out) maybe 3 or 4 times. Food is always good. Spice level is accurate for what you order. I'm not an expert in Indian food but I've never been disappointed. Plus they make the whole neighborhood smell good. 🙂
