Guy with hat and beard who worked there today around 2pm messed up my order when I politely asked him to correct the error and make a new one. He started yelling/ saying things under his breath in English and in an unfamiliar language to me, was slamming everything he was using and the whole encounter after was just so rude and unnecessary. Will not be returning to this Dunkin sorry for asking you to do your job?

I want to like this place so bad but their inconsistencies need to be addressed. This Dunkin is on my way to work so I used to try to come here all the time but every time they would get my order wrong, so I eventually gave up. I have been going to Starbucks instead but their line is always so long. This Dunkin never has a line.. I guess for a reason. I tried to give this Dunkin a shot again and of course.. they got my order wrong. I even tried again today, the lady taking the order read the order back to me and still somehow got it wrong. I think they just need a new screen that shows what you ordered. I feel like they are losing a lot of money getting orders wrong when they could just update to an order screen or something. Until that happens I unfortunately will not be back.

Came in and stood waiting to be greeted. A lady was sitting on the counter in the back playing on her phone with ear pods in. I tried several times to wave her down and she couldn't hear or see me. I finally just left without being able to order anything.

We love the ice coffee and the hot coffee and that they LISTEN ehen you say NO sugar.

They also have cream, milk, almond milk!

And they NEED to KEEP the price down on their WRAPS!!

THEIR PLAIN bagel minis with cream cheese ARE TD4. My son really can't eat poppy seeds or other things, so THANK YOU!! DD NEEDS to keep the price down on these!!!

They should also sell mints or mint gum, if folks are going somewhere they might not want coffee breath. But otherwise
coffee is awesome!!!

I dislike giving this since I have not experienced anything but great until today.Order wrong even though clearly written out on mobile Order and list stickers on bag. Also had to ask for my bottle drink twice. Now have to go the another Dunkin Location to get correct item and missing.1. If you don't have ,then fine, let me know to change or refund. 2. You just decide to do whatever and in the process also forget an item..

Wish I could give no stars when on my lunch and ordered large ice coffee with SUGARFREE ALMOND FLAVOR WAS FIVE. SUGAR IM A DIABETIC ALMOST WENT INTO shock called them lady was very nasty and hung up on me.may get a lawyer

I was just giving sour cream for the coffee I ordered. When I returned it, I was given no apology or compensation for the troubled it course me to go out of my way to return it. That and wrong orders given to me In the past, I will no longer use this location.

I don't typically share reviews unless I feel a company has gone above and beyond or has done significantly poor. In this it's the poor side. I have had several orders I placed on the mobile app and when I arrive bottled drinks are not available for my son. This is not a big deal, however, I was promised Everytime that the next time I would come through it would be honored and I just had to let them know. I would do this the next time, on ever order it happened, and the people would look confused and never honor what I was informed. Nothing was given to me to show them the situation happened or not, so I could not hold them accountable only on their word.This last situation allows me to never go there again. I ordered a mobile order of a large coffee, two donuts and a bottles drink. The order never went though even though the money was removed. I agreed to pay the total again making my total investment $15. I was told again that the next time I come in, via in person inside the building not drive through, let them know what happened I would get the order free. I did this this morning, and the same person who told me stated the money had not cleared in their system so they wouldn't give me the order free. I walked out and will never return and would choose to drive alot farther for service.Multiple attempts for redemption and all have failed.
