Great location in town for the weekend visited there twice was very grateful to the staff. We had gotten there a few minutes after 7 PM on Saturday and he was kind enough to make our order appreciate the dedication and he should be recognized. I didn’t get his name

Terrible terrible food quality. I had to spit out my food. The sandwich tasted like it was freezer burned and the croissant was hard and dark like almost burnt. I have never had a Dunkin meal taste so bad. Then they got my order wrong too. Then the protein drink was supposed to be light ice. They PACKED the drink with ice that after a few sips, there was nothing in there. What is wrong with the workers there? Then the person taking the order had an attitude because he could not get the order right and gave it to another person. Never ever going back there.

Low quality garbage. And the food was bad too.

Asked for 1 item, they got it wrong at the drive through, got to the front, asked again, they got it wrong face to face, took 4 tries to get 1 doughnut correct and gave me attitude that I didn't want whatever they decided to throw in a bag. And the food i finally got? Cold and undercooked. They found a way to mess up every step of a dunkin.

Unhelpful staff, ordered 2 meal deals and forgot to add a hash brown so I paid more for two meal deals and was short a hash brown. The guy behind the register said he is unable to help me and if I want another hash brown he was to charge me another 2 dollars for a hash brown despite me paying more for the meal deals then I should have paid. Very unhelpful. I don’t care about 3 dollars more for two meal deals but to add insult to injury and charge me more for a hash brown. Also was dirty inside and loud. Doritos behind the counter was visible.

I was trying to use my reward at the service counter and the owner was extremely rude. He was trying to belittle me in front of customers, I just wanted a free ice coffee using my promotion. Then they still messed up the order. Never going back again.

Employee's make you feel uncomfortable. Almost beg for help. A young lady and aparently her uncle fool around too much. They both talked about my weight and laughed. I will not come back here ever!! Very rude employees and customer service is shit.

Went to the Malvern Dunkin’ twice...and won’t be back.
First visit: staff was rude and rushed.
Second visit: ordered online, and they forgot an item. When I pointed it out (with the receipt), they looked annoyed.
Also ordered two medium matchas, and it was obvious they just split one into two cups loaded with ice..completely watered down. I asked for white foam and they didn't bother to put it on either.
Didn’t bother going back in; I don’t trust them not to mess with my drink.
Save yourself the trouble..go to a different Dunkin’. Seems like others have had the same issues.

Guy with hat and beard who worked there today around 2pm messed up my order when I politely asked him to correct the error and make a new one. He started yelling/ saying things under his breath in English and in an unfamiliar language to me, was slamming everything he was using and the whole encounter after was just so rude and unnecessary. Will not be returning to this Dunkin sorry for asking you to do your job?
