The spot is great and the worker is great! But I don’t understand how Corporate only has one worker today? It’s a hot busy day and the poor guy has so many orders to do by himself!

I went to this place 30 minutes before it closed, with a friend, my first time at this location, I was ecstatic. as soon as my order rang through the man behind the counter screamed a bunch of gibberish i couldn’t understand and began slamming everything he flickered the lights on and off, flipped a table, it was DISGUISTING behavior. you just lost a customer mr. king hoodie….

Got just a sparkd energy drink, service was fast and the store was clean. Liked the cute chairs.
The employee doesn’t understand English. It is unbelievably hard to order ANYTHING. He doesn’t even understand “half sweetness”. Very arrogant, rude, talks to somebody on the phone constantly.

Just got out of place without placing order. Staff present was very arrogant and he wasnt happy with the order that was placed which was a simple frozen coffee. Never going back there. Lady ahead of me also got out without purchasing. One star since i am not able to submit without any.

Not sure if it's the guy who owns the place or just runs the place, but the guy who answered the phone immediately hung up on me when I asked to place an order.
Hi - usually I don’t post reviews as I don’t want my opinion affecting someone. But this DD made me go thru.Very very rude behaviour over this weekend (02/25) , especially guy on Bluetooth who doesn’t speak well and doesn’t know how to treat customers is being kept on register to take orders.I literally had an argument as he was not taking the order properly and commenting something in his native language. So I got irritated and ask him to call his manager and even his manager is not at all ready to listen and he is backing the guy on Bluetooth. So I had no choice left ,cancelled my order and walked out. Even the place was not hygienic. I would never go back again.I request everyone to avoid this DD , so that it wont ruin your day.And if possible need to complain to health department.

11:00 on a thursday, aloud door chime goes off, two people sitting at a table in a otherwise very quiet and dead location, staff is having a conversation by the oven, keeps chatting as I stand by the register.I leave.

Employee running the store most of the time as of late is not only very rude, but messed up my order last time and gave me 2 donuts instead of the 3 I ordered. He also gave me the wrong one. I figured that was fine, no big deal. Came back again today, and he came back into the store after taking out the trash and started handling all the customers orders without washing his hands.

The desi guy Who probably is also the owner is the worst Dunkin’ service I have ever had. This is the 2nd time I had seen him get impatient for filling up a regular coffee. Took away my rewards and said ohh it didn’t work and call Dunkin. Save your time and better try at Lancaster avenue. I feel sorry for his employees who had to listen to his rant.
