In the broth, while the meat boils, pieces of corn, and cassava are also put.

My family and I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant today. The food was filling, very generous in size, and tasty. It was very authentic. My 11 year old and 1 year old enjoyed the food as well! The waitstaff was friendly. The available tables didn't seem totally cleaned up when we arrived, but it wasn't a big deal and we could just whisk away crumbs with our napkin. Overall we really liked it and will definitely be returning. The environment was also casual enough...

I ate fanesca and it was very good like what my family makes at home. My wife also ordered a chaulafany it was very tasty, a Bolon de Verde with beef steak delicious. Ecuadorians visit this Rinconcito and feel like you are in our Country Ecuador.
