Who said you have to go south for the best barbecue this chef knows what he's doing ...the poboy, the meat ....everything here is high quality. one might think it's a bit pricey but it's worth spending the extra two bucks to get good quality barbecue that doesn't exist in the Northeast..

I stopped to pick up some barbecue on the way home. I had heard that the food was great. In the short time I was there I decided never to return.
Best brisket. Try their Beef short rib as well, it is amazing. I am from East Texas and this joint is the closest to the real thing since I left the state.
