Who said you have to go south for the best barbecue this chef knows what he's doing ...the poboy, the meat ....everything here is high quality. one might think it's a bit pricey but it's worth spending the extra two bucks to get good quality barbecue that doesn't exist in the Northeast..

Hands down the best BBQ in our area and it’s not even close! Had the Brisket and Beef Rib today and both were fantastic (pickles were amazing too); Paul and family know how to cook! We will be back soon!
