I have lived all over Europe where kebab/shawarma is everywhere, on account of the large turkish/arab diaspora populations. From Germany, to Italy, to Switzerland and the Netherlands, Fattoush is hands down the best I have ever had.
Hands down my favorite hummus. Not just in the area, but ever! It’s creamy, not too salty, perfectly balanced flavors. I wish I could make my own like this. I’ve tried… and I can’t. I also LOVE their fattoush salad with falafel or even their falafel wrap with a side fattoush. Their grape leaves are to die for and their baba ganoush is perfect.
