If you’re in the area and love sushi, you probably know about Mino, which, up until this point, I’ve considered to be the best in the area. However, after trying FYSH last night, it is very hard to say. Had the sushi and sashimi deluxe with my gf, and it was superb. The quality and freshness of the sashimi and the rolls were off the charts. We had the Super Dragon Roll, and the shrimp tempura was so satisfyingly crunchy. Somehow, the warm shrimp tempura worked really well...
We arrived 20 minutes before closing time, but the staff didn't even bat an eye. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend the yellowtail sashimi, portion size was great, fish was very fresh and buttery. The rolls that we had we also very good. My wife and I have eaten at a lot of sushi restaurants and we would say this is one of the best we have been to. This was a good surprise. Overall 10 out of 10.
What an absolutely delightful, delicious and divine restaurant! It is incredibly clean and welcoming inside, with options to order on a screen or with a person. Very reasonably priced menu options. So far I have had miso soup, gyoza, shumai, shrimp tempura roll, California roll and spicy tonkotsu ramen - every single one has been outstanding! The staff are all very friendly and kind.
