Everything was okay…but I expected more. The menu is fairly limited, mostly serving omelets and not much for health-conscious customers. The servings were noticeably smaller than comparable restaurants. The tables are very close to each other with hardly a possibility of a private conversation. Parking obviously always is an issue in Malvern and here is no exception. I probably will not return there.
Best place to get all the fixins.
Love,

First time here. It is very welcoming by the staff. The prices are reasonable and the food was great. Definitely will be going back.
Wife and I ate in. Staff is very friendly. Dining area is a little small, but I found it to be cozy. We both enjoyed our meals and coffee.
Delicious! My only regret is not trying Julie Anne’s sooner.
The place is super cute, located right off King Street in Malvern. We enjoyed everything: sitting outside, friendly service, delicious breakfast, and a nice walk after eating.
The Nutella French toast is to die for. The presentation is beautiful and it tastes even better. It’s savory and sweet, with the right amount of Nutella and bananas. My mom loved her Greek omelette. She said it was super fresh and packed with spinach. The breakfast potatoes were also great!
We plan to return to Julie Ann’s soon to try some lunch options - we saw they had several soup options!
The staff provides exceptional service, and the food is consistently excellent, making it a pleasure to support our local neighborhood business. The dishes are always fresh and prepared to a high standard, reflecting the quality and dedication of this establishment and its owners.
Farmer's omelet was very good. The eggs were fluffy, decent prices, cheaper if you pay cash 💲
My parents and I visited this establishment on 4/2/25 and it will be our last! I have severe allergies and I asked if they had Maple Syrup, and I felt the gal had an attitude about it. My parents ordered their food and said their food wasn't hot. They waited 30-45 mins for their food. It had been sitting. It appears that regular customers are a priority and the table behind us as my mother stated their food was steaming hot. Every customer should feel welcomed and treated like every individual who walks through the door! We did not! I absolutely Do Not Recommend this establishment!
Friendly folks, fresh food, & fast! Never a letdown!
What a ripoff. I guess she treats her regular customers better. Food sucks and is expensive for the tiny portions you are served.

Wonderful place to brunch. We went for Father’s Day and were thrilled with our experience. From being greeted when we walked in to the attention of the server, the decor and atmosphere… 10/10. Our server was amazing, the food (portions, quality, taste, and price) were perfection, parking was convenient. I am very much looking forward to making this a reoccurrence in the near future.
