We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Every single item we ordered was absolutely delicious — rich flavors, perfectly cooked, and authentic. The service was top-notch, with Karthik being warm and attentive throughout our visit. The ambience adds to the charm, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. Truly one of the best Indian restaurants in the Philly area — highly recommended!

Ordered food for a dinner party. It was outstanding. We had tandoori chicken and an assortment of biriyani. Very flavorful and the portions were ample and as advertised. Highly recommend Kinnera.

We loved the food and service at the restaurant so we selected them for the catering at our home for the party of 40. Food was delicious, on time, quantity and services were great at a reasonable price. It was easier to deal with any last minute changes. Everyone at the party appreciated the food. We will definitely go to the restaurant and recommend them for the catering order. Thanks

We have been to Kinnera multiple times and food was always good. So when we were hosting a dinner at our home for larger group we thought of ordering and using their catering service which was also very good and everyone liked the food.

This place is a solid 3 stars and NOT the 4.7 stars currently showing based on overall total reviews.

We arrived right when they opened for dinner at 5:30pm and ordered 2 veg samosa, palak paneer, channa masala, raju chicken curry, garlic naan and 2 chai teas.

We were the only people there for dine in at the time but it took awhile to get our food even though we saw many take out orders come and go while we waited. It seems like take out and Door Dash orders get priority over dine in orders.

Our main dishes finally came but our drinks and samosas never arrived. I had to go up to the counter to remind them.

The food overall was decent but we could tell it was made bland to accommodate the western palate. The overall taste seemed uninteresting like they purposefully held back on spices and seasoning. Portions were small to moderate. The garlic naan was literally one small piece of naan cut into four. The cubes of cheese in the paneer did not seem fresh. The channa masala was the least favorite of ours (seemed like a can of chick peas thrown into a greasy hot sauce). The kaju chicken curry was good and our favorite.

Service was not rude but just oblivious. Food was overall just OK and enough to satiate a desperate craving for generic westernized Indian food.

Not sure how this place is getting 4.7 stars though. Must be a lot of friends & family posting 5 star support reviews along with westerners who have not had authentic region specific Indian food.
