Always a pleasant experience! Came with friends and the hostess and our server Bella were excellent! Always great service and food it exceptional!
What a delicious & delightful experience.... all 4 of us loved our lunches.... I had the beet salad for the second time... can't wait for the third... my husband had the brisket Rueben & he so enjoyed it.... service was great and love the new ambience.... we'll definitely be back soon😋👍💝
The jockey is our go to for dinner before a show at people's light theater. They consistently deliver excellence in our every need and want, including getting us out on time.
Food was excellent. Loved the deviled eggs, Caesar salad, crab cakes, and French dip sandwich. Didn't need dessert, but splurged on Bananas Foster sundae - yum!! Highly recommend this restaurant. Our server/waitress was very personable and attentive. Saturdays are VERY busy and couldn't find parking, so had to park across the street.
We always love coming to The Jockey. It has become our go-to when our family visits and they always rave about their experiences. I have never had a dish or drink I did not enjoy. Most recently we stopped in for brunch, the serve and food was excellent as always!
Overall it was a great evening. Attentive service, good menu with both standard and interesting options (Short Ribs were amazing), and tasteful decor. The bar is huge if you want a vibrant fun scene, and the rest of restaurant has both booths and tables that are not as loud. Plenty of parking and very convenient in terms of location.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction noise which made for an unpleasant experience.
Manager Angela did a fantastic job. She made a wonderful drink for my guest and took time to explain some of the menu options.
The food was good and the place is decorated nicely. However, we had a hard time having a conversation. It was a busy Saturday night so it was packed. I already resigned myself to the fact that we'd have to yell to hear each other, but then they added a piano player. We sat near the bar so maybe the rest of the place has some quiet spots. If I went back, it wouldn't be on a busy weekend night.
Lovely restaurant. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Food very good. Service a bit slow.

I was looking for a semi romantic setting for our 1st date. When I saw the pictures of Jockey Tavern, esp the fireplace, I Knew this was the place. The ambiance was perfect. Our server Grayson, was amazing. Knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious and reasonably priced. The noise level got a bit loud at times but the room was often crowded. Definitely will be coming back very soon!
I went with 3 other friends for lunch. I got the Martinique salad. It was very good. The dressing was on the and they give you the dressing in a little boat. I prefer my dressing on the side and didn't have to ask for it that way, it just came that way. The fruit was fresh and the greens were fresh. Our server was Ava and she was very accommodating.
Great service from our server! We had delicious food and loved the Brunch combos for $21 that included the beverage of choice.
We just love it here. It's so warm and cozy, excellent food. My husband was pleasantly surprised to find out that they now have gluten-free buns. Though the place is always hopping, there is no feeling of being rushed, just really great service from the hostesses to the food runners. Our party had jambalaya, ahi tuna stack (my personal favorite) and chicken marsala with fresh spinach and risotto. All delicious. We will be back....again and again.
The food was delicious as always and we feel it's a good value for the price. Only once in many visits did we have to send something back. The menus is creative. We did get held up initially because the parking area was jammed up. The biggest problem, however, is the inside level. It's so loud our ears were ringing when we left. It's impossible to have a prolonged conversation. It will actually keep us from visiting more frequently . I don't know the solution to this Major problem.
