this establishment has become a QUICK favorite of mine. the atmosphere was beyond cozy and the service from all staff members was nothing short of welcoming and patient (especially Emaan). what drew me most to this location was their “farm to table” aspect. locally sourced food, seasonal produce and flavors- and an emphasis on grass fed/humanely raised protein options (score!!). as the final touch to making this restaurant a new weekly visit was the fact that they make there OWN pasta with wheat from Italy (no bloat!), fry their foods in BEEF TALLOW and cook their dishes using olive oil. if you are sensitive/aware to PUFAS— this place is a great, genuinely healthy option to eat/indulge!
thank you Restaurant Alba, i appreciate your commitment to quality.

Very high quality food. Excellent attention to details of presentation. Blending of flavors was very good. Wine list is outstanding. Frank the sommelier was extremely helpful.

Restaurant Alba
Restaurant Alba delivers a refined dining experience with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The menu blends modern American cuisine with subtle international influences, offering flavorful and creative options. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, perfect for special occasions or a nice night out. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking quality and a touch of sophistication.

What a great experience! Our server, Frank, was superb. Our food was absolutely delicious. I had the octopus app and rigatoni entree. The ambiance was wonderful except for the loud cell phone video playing table of 8 next to us. Not Alba's fault. Northern Italian food at it's best!

The hostess called us to let us know that our first anniversary dinner would have a time limit on it of 2 hours and that was enough time for us...Having worked in food service for decades I have to say her rudeness and lack of polite service will prevent us from coming back as well as me no longer recommending Alba to my residents in Malvern. We instead went to the General Warren and had a fantastic 3 hour dinner!

Edited to add: I work 5 mins down the road and was leaving work early for this reservation as I told the woman on the phone. The continued rudeness and arrogance of whoever is responding on behalf of Alba is noted below...perhaps a lesson in how to manage the floor and respond to customers is in order; vergogno!

Your hostess/manager needs a lesson in hospitality, kindness and basic service. Too many other superb restaurants (Anthony’s, Avola) to choose from locally. Go elsewhere.

Made a reservation for our first wedding anniversary a few days ago. Today, about 3 hours prior to our reservation, some lady from the restaurant called to tell me when we had to leave by! No other reason, but to tell us when we’d have to be out. Said there’s a 2 hour dining time, that’s expected in this day and age for going to a restaurant that takes reservations. Imagine being exited to celebrate your first wedding anniversary, and being called saying you have to be out by 8. Seriously so uncomfortable and a really terrible way to start off before even getting there. Have been in the industry my whole life and have never heard/have this happen. Not sure who you think you are, but you obviously think FAR too highly of yourselves, and have forgotten what hospitality is actually about. Shame on you and the owner, will spend an amazing evening elsewhere!

Food was amazing, both the rigatoni with grass beef pork rib and hangar steak (wood grilled flavor was amazing) were excellent. The meal size was just right too. Locally sourced ingredients and extensive wine and beer list. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Service and atmosphere were very good but there was no value to the food and it lacked taste. $27 for pasta with 5 clams. I left and went to get a pizza because I was still hungry. Sorry not sorry.

4.5 stars. Food was outstanding. Service was ok. Drinks were above average but not excellent.

Alba continues to be one of the best restaurants around. The quality and consistency of the food is unmatched as well as the service and attention to detail. We come in multiple times a year for their seasonal menus (the brown butter pumpkin ravioli in the fall is a must!)…last Saturday we came in and were once again treated to an amazing dinner. There was a mix up with the reservation (not the restaurants fault) and not only did they call us to let us know, but they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Frank and Denise were our servers for the night and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Everything was paced to perfection and their recommendations were spot on. We had the pork pasta special for the night which had the right amount of heat and was garlicky/savory/cheesy in the best way possible. My wife's salmon was fresh, delicate, and delicious. The stand out for me was the fork tender braised lamb with polenta and sweet potatoes. Chef Sean and his team at Alba are some of the best out there and I cannot recommend them enough!
