Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The people who work there are very nice. Their products taste great and are still reasonably priced. The location is also nice, very accessible - not buried in town.

Salted Caramel was pretty good.

My fiancé and I stopped by Rita’s for a sweet treat, and it was honestly the highlight of our day. The shop had such a fun, welcoming vibe, and the staff made us feel right at home. I went for the strawberry cheesecake ice cream—and wow, it was amazing! Creamy, rich, and packed with real strawberry flavor and just the right hint of cheesecake… easily one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had.

My fiancé tried a different flavor and loved theirs too—we were both all smiles the whole time. Whether you’re a dessert lover or just in the mood for something sweet and satisfying, Rita’s is definitely worth the trip. Can’t wait to go back!

I should start by saying I love Ritas, but I don’t love being lied to. This evening I went to Ritas to get myself and a friend a large Swedish fish gelati with vanilla custard. While we waited to receive the order, my friend saw one of the employees fill the bottom layer of my cup with mixed chocolate and vanilla custard and then before handing it to the next worker who filled it with vanilla. After finishing the first order, the employee who took our order asked the employee who screwed up the custard if they put chocolate by accident. The other employee said she didn’t — despite my friend having watched her do so — and then we asked the employees if they had put mixed by accident. They both said they were vanilla. Consider me shocked when I get to the bottom of my cup to find chocolate ice cream in my cup.

I love Ritas, and will be back eventually, but am disappointed in the service from this evening.

Stopped by for a black and white custard and was delicious. Entering the lot is a bit tricky since it's literally of the main line but on a hot day, it's well worth it

My family and I come here almost every weekend for a sweet treat and it’s always a great experience! Shout out to the staff working tonight (6/28), you guys are amazing! My Mom and I were ordering a couple gelatis to-go to bring home to our family and as I was ordering them I accidentally said the wrong size for one of the orders. When they handed me the size I had originally told them and I realized what had happened, I apologized and said that I actually meant to say a different size. I felt so bad, but they handled it very professionally and made me a new one with the size I had meant to say. We of course payed for the new order and all was good, but I really want to commend the staff’s patience and for going above and beyond to make the new order. I wasn’t able to get their names, but thank you to the three people working there tonight; you guys are always super patient with my family and me and always take great care of your customers!

WOW! Katie was a gift sent from god. She gave me and my kids many samples and was extremely helpful during our section process for our gelatis☺️ hoping to bring my step children here soon next time I visit!!! This location is the best, quick and quality service??
