I ordered venti cold brew, black, and less ice. Everything was ok except ice was more than half the container. The worker didn’t seem to care much about specific items being ordered. It’s a shame how some Starbucks fail to meet its own standards.

I have never experienced this in any other real Starbucks. There’s no milk or creamer out. They charged extra dollar for asking to add a little bit milk in my Americano.
