Best croissants and eclairs we’ve ever had!

I would agree this bakery is more than typical ones and I enjoyed their pastries which my team got few times at work. However, I would guess, with cakes, they seem to be selling left-over frozen cakes thawed for the day of pickup. The strawberry short cake I got today still had its frosting hard and still being thawed and the bread was VERY dry. I'm sure it was better when it was fresh. I guess I just wasn't lucky.
