I'm gonna miss this place, genuinely one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. Thanks again for making my dad's birthday special. My only regret is not finding this restaurant sooner. Wishing everyone all the best in their future endeavors! Updated from previous review on 2024-01-07
My partner just called the The Greyhound Cafe about making a reservation for Saturday. When they asked how many my partner said 2 adults and 2 kids 4 and under. In not so many words they pretty much told him and inferred that little children get tired and are disruptive, so they don't want them around their dining room. I am more than upset that they would presume that our children would act that way. They state through their social media that they do a lot for their community, then why alienate the people that keep them in business? It also clearly states on their google search that they are kid friendly. They have lost a customer; I won't even get take-out from there for our family.

Beautiful atmosphere and large selection of options and all vegan. It is advisable to make reservations so they can be prepared with staff. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-16
Nice staff and a comfortable atmosphere. The wings and pasta are my favorite.
We enjoyed a late afternoon lunch / early dinner here. The cafe wasn't crowded and we had a chance to speak at length with the friendly owner, Joseph, covering topics like choosing a plant based diet, eating out with omnivores, and the impact COVID has had on people eating out. As someone who follows a vegan diet, it's nice to eat at all vegan restaurants -- no chance of cross 'contamination' and also it's good to support the entrepreneurs that open places like this for us to enjoy. To the food -- we were hungry and left quite satisfied, enjoying the stacked nachos, tacos, and empanadas plus dessert. The place is a good choice for those that may be vegan curious with a variety of plant based meat alternatives, including house made seitan that begins with wheat rather than vital wheat gluten. This place is the best. The owner, Joseph, really cares about the impact being vegan makes in the world, and it's clear he wants to make that accessible to everyone. The restaurant is tiny but absolutely beautiful. The menu is full of familiar favorites. Even my non-vegan family was happy! If your friends or family ever wonder if vegans can eat anything that isn't a salad, bring them here. We all shared the famous buffalo "wings" and Greyhound salad. I got the life-changing chimichanga and it tastes just like what you want it to. Everything was good. I left feeling so nourished in body and mind because it was wonderful to find a place where EVERYONE can enjoy good (cruelty-free) food, in a lovely atmosphere. It was honestly just blissful. My heart was so happy. Wish there were more places like this.
Greyhound Cafe is one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever been to! Their food is excellent, with tons of flavor and good sizes. The atmosphere is very charming and enjoyable. The wings are absolutely amazing and so is the “chicken” barbecue pizza. Overall, it’s so worth coming here!

Simply an amazing vegan restaurant. Love the variety and flavor of Tapas, Texican, Italian, and Pizza options. The portions are substantial. You've got to try the wings! Desserts are also delicious. Joseph is the best owner and host and is always open to sharing his vegan journey and approach to cooking.

Cozy little place in a small strip mall with a warm, welcoming owner. The menu has something for everyone and the food is absolutely delish! Updated from previous review on 2023-07-23
AMAZING food and service. I can’t wait to go back and try more foods. Everything was delicious. 10/10.

I love the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have had. Everything is vegan and delicious !!!
I absolutely recommend this place! The owner was out server and he had our reserved table ready and waiting for us. He was on top of refilling our glasses the whole time. The atmosphere is quaint and lovely and the food is even better. The amount of options they have, even GF, is almost overwhelming. Oh, and to top things off, he gave roses out to all of the mom's because it was Mother's Day weekend! So thoughtful! I cannot wait to go back. You have a returning customer for life. Thank you for the lovely and personal experience.
Dietary restrictions: 100% plant based
Finally got my chance to visit The Greyhound Cafe last night. The outstanding reviews are spot on. We loved all of it. My boyfriend doesn’t typically eat plant based foods, but he raved, too. Highly recommended! Thank you, Joseph.
