Who knew this place was even here? It's so plain looking from the outside. You wouldn't even know it, but I happened to discover it when I wanted a smoothie and I happened to be in Malvern. I suggest painting the front of your part of the building bright white or some other color to attract attention.

I feel heavily deceived, I read the ingredients on the smoothie I ordered on the menu and saw it being made with extra ingredients not being mentioned as I have a very severe stomach issue, I couldnāt even drink the smoothie after.
We also ordered the turkey paninis and got a SLICE, 1 SLICE of turkey meat in our sandwich, what a joke.
Never coming back here again.

I love the aƧaĆ bowls here - specifically the Frazer bowl, but the atmosphere here was just off. You have a group of teenage girls and they werenāt completely focused on customer service. They spent a good amount of time talking to each other, gossiping about boys, and talking badly about their friends. And I am a girl, I have no shame in gossiping with your friends, as a customer, I just didnāt need to hear about all of that lol. Also, my boyfriend and I noticed the phone rang a few times repeatedly and we even heard one of the girls say, āweāre not answering thatā. I felt bad for whoever was trying to call.
If youāre coming to pick up a bowl or lunch, then itās perfect! I just wouldnāt want to dine in again.

I needed a quick, healthy snack to tide me over between meetings, and so I stopped in to The Juice Pod and others an Avalon Green smoothie. It was just what I needed for a quick burst of energy and nutrition.

First time here. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. They were quick with my acia bowl but upon getting home I realized that it was mostly granola and fruit. Hardly any acia blend. I could hardly choke it down with so much granola. The granola also had brown sugar in it which I would have declined if I would have known.

Hands down the best smoothies Iāve ever had! There are plenty of closer places near me to get a smoothie but I travel the extra distance for their smoothies. All the workers are super friendly and the service is quick and reliable. Theyāve got a customer for life!
Got a salad to go. It looked good on the surface but once I opened it I found rotten floppy romaine, dry/flavorless chicken & rotten avocado that had been cut and smeared into the bowl. Everything is OBVIOUSLY bought pre-cooked & pre-cut and no preparation is done on site except assembly. I had to throw it all in the trash, waste of $13.. I wouldāve rated higher for the service since it was quick but it was only fast because they just dumped stuff in the bowl & didnāt even look at it first.

As much as I wanted to love this place I found myself pretty disappointedā¦ first of all, they claim to have āhomemadeā almond milk but when I asked to check the ingredients found out they use Silk brand, which if you didnāt know, has tons of chemicals/preservativesā¦ second of all, my wrap took 20 mins to make even though the store was completely empty and third of all, it just didnāt taste very good. Do better please because weāre in desperate need of a good smoothie place around here!
Parking: They have quite the annoying/dangerous parking situation. I would suggest parking on the side so you donāt have to back up into Lancaster Ave.

Iāll never be coming here again. Iāve come to this location multiple times and each time has been incredibly disappointing. The food and service are so underwhelming that I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to go here. Iāve been forgotten about, my order has been lost, or it takes 25 minutes to make one smoothie.
I also come in and the staff say some items on the menu arenāt available because theyāve packed the ingredients away for the day when thereās still a half hour before they close? They start shutting everything down when several customers are still walking through the door. If half your menu isnāt available after 4:30, then close at 4:30. It seems like staff need some training on standards of professionalism.
The food is also way too mediocre for it to be as expensive as it is.

Hours posted on website are incorrect. Was so looking forward to trying this for the first time. Website confirmed it was open until 6pm. Arrived at 5:10pm to a closed sign and different hours posted on their door. Bad first experience.
