I was missing all the food from my order. This was Friday. I called and the girl was rude on the phone and said no manager was their so she couldn't refund me even though she confirmed all the food was their and the driver just brought the smoothies. Since I ordered through tropical, door dash said tropical has to refund. I paid $60 and all I got were the smoothies. I reached out by phone Friday and by social media and email and I'm still waiting for follow up. I just want a refund....read full review
