VIP has been the only pizza place in Pennsylvania that makes me feel at home. The friendly, dedicated staff makes you feel like family. My friends and I go there all the time for the homemade chicken tenders, and the chicken parm with vodka sauce sandwich. I’m bummed out that I don’t get to come here as much as I used to.

Overpriced, old, trash pizza. $9 for 2 slices (no drink) of yesterdays pizza! For that price the pizza should at least be fresh and taste good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money.

I ordered a small pizza. I was charged for a large. My children didn’t like the food. Out of fear of wasting food and money, I requested a box to go. I had to argue with the worker about a pizza box size. I asked for a larger box based on the size of pizza. Initially, she insisted I take a small box. I had to bring over the pie and show her it couldn’t fit. It was such a weird interaction. I was shocked I had to be assertive to get the correct box size. Needless to say, I won’t return. I lived in malvern for years. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service.

I ordered two Italian Hoagies for traveling. They were not exactly sure what that meant, so I explained that I would be eating them the next day and they needed to wrap the vegetables and meat in plastic wrap. The hoagies were fabulous! I was raised on Philadelphia hoagies and these did not disappoint. I might suggest adding some oregano, but that is all. They were filled to overflowing with meat, cheese and veggies. They put the olive oil in a separate container, again for traveling. Very pleasant experience!

The pizza is good. Pretty standard NY style pizza The salads are really good. The folks working there though are the draw. Super friendly and always service oriented. Definitely worth it to stop in for quick and tasty pizza or other offerings.
