I left 5 stars because 10 is not an option! The employees are friendly and attentive. The Chilli is fabulous!...best Chilli I have ever had from a restaurant and the bread was baked to perfection. I defiantly recommend this Zoup location.

This location used to be great. Good food, quick service, very convenient. Now it's a former shell of itself. It's not even open most days. Waited over 20 minutes for a try 2 combo...and as you all know, the soup is already made...so it's just the sandwich that takes a few minutes of prep ( and now the sandwiches only get one slice of deli meat. )This was with only one customer ahead of me. Sorry wish it was like it used to be....

I stopped in Zoup yesterday because I was just craving soup. They have a great variety and couldn't make up my mind so I picked 3, lobster bisque, chicken chili and mushroom barley....all very good. Wish the lobster bisque had more chunks in it, but that is just a wish and not a fault....Denny was very pleasant, organized and careful when packaging up my "to go" bag. Plenty of space to dine in, but had to take it to go. I noticed that they sell gift cards, too.

I placed an order online. It was confirmed via email. drive 20+ minutes to get there for an order at 3 in the afternoon. Closed. Website STILL says open at 4:30. Unless there was some sort of emergency, every employee there, plus the corporation should be ashamed.

I have ordered meditarenian chicken bowl, food is filthy, brown rice he gave was completely dry and chickpeas are also completely dry. I am really sorry I don't want to spoil your business but please watch what you are serving.
Horrible customer experience with this location. They were not interested in business. We went around 7:15 when the store was scheduled to close at 8. They were just waiting for us to leave

In general, I love that Zoup lets you try samples of the different soups. At this location, I've found everyone to be friendly and very helpful, and the food to be fresh and tasty.
