The cashier and supervisor were very rude. It took forever to place an order, and the employee was making jokes over the intercom. A line of cars began to grow in drive thru lanes, staff told me I could leave if I didn’t like the jokes and the way staff was speaking to customers. Terrible experience and I will never patron this establishment again.

Extremely salty. Burgers tasted as if one of the employees emptied 6 slat packets on to each patty. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. Extremely disappointing.
Edit: The owner stated “You should expect perfectly seasoned food..” I know all about seasoning food. As I season very well every time I cook. What I and a few others I know have been experiencing at this location is a sodium taste that is so extremely horrible that it’ll give you a headache after one bite. I legit had sweat running down my face and got a headache. That’s how salty the sandwiches were. I called a few times, the calls were never answered. Other people that I know who have went there and experienced the exact same thing have called and no one seemed to care. Something is wrong…whether it’s before it gets to the restaurant or something that is happening IN the restaurant. I’ve had Checkers from this location dozens of times. Most days are fine, then there are days when this sodium spike happens and it is horrible. So there’s a huge difference between seasoning and giving someone a seizure form high sodium content. ??

I just wanted 25 minutes for my food. (They were not busy) not only did I have to wait almost 30 minutes, consuming my entire lunch break I received a “large” fry that was half full. I’ll never come back here again. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this experience was terrible.

I pulled right up to the speaker and placed my order. The same 3 cars that were at the drive-up window when I pulled up to Checkers to order were still waiting on line after 10 minutes. Not one car moved after all that time. Unfortunately, I needed gas, so I had to leave the line to get gas, which I never do but had no choice. The management in this store needs to be reviewed and coached on a lot of his/her duties. This store needs help!
Food was good for first time going there . Stinks it's a outside place only as needed to use bathroom but went next door to sheetz to use there's then . But that's why i gave atmosphere a 3 cause there is no inside
