The cashier that took my order was very nice but the person that made my order did not make it correctly. I a sugar free blueberry decaf. Got my coffee and got home. It was luke warm at best and could barely taste any blueberry flavoring.

Customer service is ok it’s the Quality of what you’re paying for barely any sauce on a chipotle loaded, hash brown when I asked for more I was told I had to pay extra, not only that I asked if they could throw away a Dunkin cup and she act like she didn’t wanna take it and throw it away for me. I won’t be wasting my time or money here when I can go elsewhere and get what I’m paying for!!

Had to DoorDash in a pinch for some guests. This is what they send out the door. Unfilled cups, missing food, and burnt food. They’ll be out of business if they don’t do better

I use to come here a lot, service is usually good. the ladies that work there are usually always sweet. There is one time i went in and there was this short/average sized boy, white, with glasses standing around with another boy talking mess. there were comments made that shouldn’t be repeated to another human being. they should be aware that customers of other lifestyles, statures and experiences that can hear them. i was honestly taken aback, there were a few more racist remarks made. i thought this dunkin stood for something bigger than that. will not be coming back.

I tried to go through the drive-thru this morning but it was pouring rain very hard and I got soaked the minute I pulled up to the screen to order. There was nobody behind me and only one car in front of me so I pulled up directly to the window to order. As I pulled up to the window to order, there was now a car behind me. I tried to explain to the girl that I just needed to order and she refused to serve me without going back through the line again because there was a mobile order behind me. She was so rude and didn't give two shits about the fact that it was pouring rain outside. So I left without my coffee. I will never go back there again. I'm sure if she was the one out in the pouring rain she would have felt different.

I go here pretty regularly, and they don't really mess up my order. However, as someone who works in fast food as a manager, I had to address this. Not only did I specify I was allergic to milk (luckily not deadly, can drink small amounts), but they also did not fill it up the whole way. This is a big NO because your not giving the full value of the drink to the customer. I also ordered a large and have no clue if this is or not.

I stop at the Manchester location 4x a week and always get the pup cups with the munchkins for my dogs and sandwiches & coffe for me. Today, they decided not to make the pup cups the same as other days. She rather give me the money back in cash then prepare the pup cups as usual. I don’t know what is the lady’s name but she was very arrogant ,shaky or hyper she looks miserable in that job definitely the wrong person for that position.the cashier window service did not know what to do, she looked like if she was intimidated by this red hair woman.

Okay I get it 3:00 is not the time to be getting donuts, that they might not be the freshest in the afternoon. So when I tell you that when you bite into one and it crunches it should surprise you as it did me. I requested five different Donuts, I received three of the donuts that I actually requested, and one that I specifically said I did not want. Three of the donuts and then I requested were not even available because they were sold out. So I can say this for sure not one of the donuts were fresh. It's a good thing that three of them are going to my dogs because I ordered plain Donuts as a treat for them. Well, you can hammer a nail in your drywall with them, if you have misplaced for hammer, so I am sure I will not need to give them a milk milkbone tonight. Coffee drinks, stick to coffee drinks because they are good there Donuts, not so much

How are you gonna rush your employees because you guys are in red and get mad when they mess up the order and the girl said she was a newbie. I seen that and heard it when I was waiting for my order Poor girl at the window who ever was yelling at her was so unprofessional on how they acted.
