Good coffee with efficient service

I go here pretty regularly, and they don't really mess up my order. However, as someone who works in fast food as a manager, I had to address this. Not only did I specify I was allergic to milk (luckily not deadly, can drink small amounts), but they also did not fill it up the whole way. This is a big NO because your not giving the full value of the drink to the customer. I also ordered a large and have no clue if this is or not.

I stop at the Manchester location 4x a week and always get the pup cups with the munchkins for my dogs and sandwiches & coffe for me. Today, they decided not to make the pup cups the same as other days. She rather give me the money back in cash then prepare the pup cups as usual. I don’t know what is the lady’s name but she was very arrogant ,shaky or hyper she looks miserable in that job definitely the wrong person for that position.the cashier window service did not know what to do, she looked like if she was intimidated by this red hair woman.

Okay I get it 3:00 is not the time to be getting donuts, that they might not be the freshest in the afternoon. So when I tell you that when you bite into one and it crunches it should surprise you as it did me. I requested five different Donuts, I received three of the donuts that I actually requested, and one that I specifically said I did not want. Three of the donuts and then I requested were not even available because they were sold out. So I can say this for sure not one of the donuts were fresh. It's a good thing that three of them are going to my dogs because I ordered plain Donuts as a treat for them. Well, you can hammer a nail in your drywall with them, if you have misplaced for hammer, so I am sure I will not need to give them a milk milkbone tonight.
Coffee drinks, stick to coffee drinks because they are good there Donuts, not so much

How are you gonna rush your employees because you guys are in red and get mad when they mess up the order and the girl said she was a newbie. I seen that and heard it when I was waiting for my order
Poor girl at the window who ever was yelling at her was so unprofessional on how they acted.

Stopped by this morning to pick up some munchkins for work. After being ignored for a while I asked how much donuts and munchkins were. They don’t have the price on the menu. After not getting a straight answer, I asked for 200 munchkins and got told I can only have 75 as they have to order them from the bakery. So much for fresh food. This Dunkin has horrible service, avoid it and go to the Giant in the same shopping center if you want bakery items.

I arrived at the speaker the person wasn’t friendly at all. I had two mobile orders. One was given to me, the other was a mobile order that was for a turkey sourdough sandwich. I received the sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted, in fact the cheese was still cold. I asked the black girl at the window if I could have the cheese melted she then looked the sandwich in the window and gave it to a white boy. He told me close the box and the cheese will melt. The cheese was cold so I asked if I could have it remade. He went and got a manager who came to the window. I asked her to refund the sandwich because this isn’t the quality that I paid for. 10/10 doesn’t recommend. The staff was completely unfriendly, and makes the customer feel like you are bothering them if something isn’t made properly. The store didn’t give the receipt for the sourdough sandwich so I had to do the survey on the first mobile order receipt. Save your time and your money!!!!

The app for different locations does not work. Interesting how you mention it to them and they act like they didn't know. They don't ask if you're a rewards member or ask if you need any type of assistance with the app/kiosk.

They made a great coffee and good sandwich. Just don’t use the bathroom. It was barely 8am in the morning and it was gross. The light didn’t work in the ladies room.

Coffee never right, too slow, workers not nice. I rather go without coffee all day then go to this location! FYI not a super complex order a normal signature blend n still can't do it right!
