I arrived at the speaker the person wasn’t friendly at all. I had two mobile orders. One was given to me, the other was a mobile order that was for a turkey sourdough sandwich. I received the sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted, in fact the cheese was still cold. I asked the black girl at the window if I could have the cheese melted she then looked the sandwich in the window and gave it to a white boy. He told me close the box and the cheese will melt. The cheese was cold so I asked if I could have it remade. He went and got a manager who came to the window. I asked her to refund the sandwich because this isn’t the quality that I paid for. 10/10 doesn’t recommend. The staff was completely unfriendly, and makes the customer feel like you are bothering them if something isn’t made properly. The store didn’t give the receipt for the sourdough sandwich so I had to do the survey on the first mobile order receipt. Save your time and your money!!!!

The app for different locations does not work. Interesting how you mention it to them and they act like they didn't know. They don't ask if you're a rewards member or ask if you need any type of assistance with the app/kiosk.

They made a great coffee and good sandwich. Just don’t use the bathroom. It was barely 8am in the morning and it was gross. The light didn’t work in the ladies room.

Coffee never right, too slow, workers not nice. I rather go without coffee all day then go to this location! FYI not a super complex order a normal signature blend n still can't do it right!

Honestly I can't really say I recommend this locationIt's really been a hit or miss with getting my order correct as orderedI've been regularly coming before work for a few weeks now, and it's been pretty often my drinks are missing coldfoam, even the featured dunking iced coffee, and they never say they are out of it or anythingCups are often not filled and don't bother with getting almondmilk or oatmilk, they charge extra and your cup will definitely not be filled with thoseMy orders have been inaccurate at least 20% of the past 4 weeks worth of orderingSome of the girls are nice but some of the workers don't care much and simply want you to go away

This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix their mistake. I ended up throwing that drink away. I had told Lori about my experience and I told her that I cannot go without her working! Which only leaves me 2 days in the week to go to Dunkin. #TeamLori

They have the worst donuts ?.I got chocolate covered Boston cream and they can't even make the stuffing right. Gross. I put it in the garage and went to Giant and got a very good one.

Went to the drive thru well before closing time. The staff told me they couldn’t make any hot drinks cause the machines were being “cleaned.” I understand cleaning processes of a food facility but when you are open during a set and published time frame, you need to be able to offer your services in those business hours. You are a coffee shop you need to be able to offer hot coffee products. Being told by the staff that all they could do was offer me cold drinks is not an acceptable answer.

My experience with this place is like night and day. One day everything is perfect, no complaints. Other days things are missing, drinks are half full, employees are rude and often intimidating if I’m being honest.
