Decent diner. Food is good but not great. Prices are fair. Service is fast.

Old school style diner with nice offerings and a huge menu. It's been clean the bathrooms were nice and clean which is always important to me. My table had goulash and meatloaf. The entrees were good. The brussel sprouts were just heated up out of a can. Pretty blah. Service was excellent. Lots of parking. I would definitely eat there again.

Seafood platter, deep fried was greasy, and the crab cake was more bread stuffing with a little crab meat.

A great place for breakfast I can't really say much about their lunch or dinners cuz I've never eaten there for those meals but the people are really friendly and the food is always good

Kid-friendliness: My son got pancakes and they made the pancake into Mickey Mouse which was super cool

Our party, comprising couples from both Southwestern Pennsylvania and South Central Pennsylvania, was able to find their regional breakfast favorites on the menu, which was a definite plus. Even better, these were made to our liking, which isn’t always the case. If you can’t make “dippy” eggs or fry scrapple to perfection, it makes for a terrible start to the day. We even had varying degrees of doneness needed for our orders of bacon, as well as the hash browns and home fries, which they also pulled off to perfection.

The prices were good, the food came out quickly, and everything was made to our request and, most importantly, tasted delicious. We have eaten at this establishment many times over the past year, and it is rare that we can all find food to our liking. Given that they hit it out of the park every time, we will assuredly be back not only for breakfast or brunch but also for lunch and dinner, which have been just as good.

Parking: Ample parking in a nice level lot that has multiple entrances and exits. There are also several disabled parking spaces and we had no issues at all even with my older wheelchair assessable van that uses a wheelchair lift instead of a ramp that needs essentially two parking spots to be able to enter and exit the van using a wheelchair.

Wheelchair accessibility: As a disabled person in a power wheelchair there was enough room to navigate to the areas where we could be seated at a table. It seemed tight but that wasn’t so much due to the restaurant layout but more to how many diners were frequenting the establishment as we were there and with them being in so many stages of completion diners were coming in, going to the restroom or exiting as they had finished and paid. I can’t comment on their restroom since I didn’t need to use the facilities.

Though I've never physically eaten inside the diner, I have ordered from there several times. My son has eaten inside & has enjoyed it. Have never had bad food from here. Breakfast is our favorite. I especially love the omelettes & hash browns. My husband really likes the cream chipped beef over home fries. Our son loves the pancakes & the french toast. When we want breakfast The Manchester Diner is one of our go to places!

Salad comes with one grape size tomato and one cucumber not acceptable as I usually only have a salad. This is a popular place we were going often however due to some menu changes we don’t go as much. The staff is very friendly.

The server was busy, so the hostess took my drink order and delivered my coffee and water with 3 lemons. She came back a few minutes later after my order still hadn't been taken. I was polite and ordered eggs over medium, hashbrowns crispy with onions, rye toast and sausage links. First time my eggs came out over easy and had runny whites with homefries lightly cooked with onions and everything else was correct. I sent that plate back and had them fix it. This time the eggs came out over easy and I still had home fries this time they were crispy with onions which was still not what I ordered. So I sent it back a third time, a man who appeared to be the owner or manager brought out my food and just dropped off my plate and walked aways. This time the eggs came out still over easy, but I now had hashbrowns with onions but they were lightly cooked. I explained to the hostess who took my order that i didnt mind if it took longer than usual to get crispy hashbrowns and eggs over medium, that i would wait. The same man brought out what is now my 4th plate and this time when my eggs came out, they were over well and I did not have my sausage this time. So I was little disappointed but tried not to show it. As I called over the hostess and explained that i would just pick at my hashbrowns the man then came over and decided to tell me "look at all of these people, I have satisfied them. You are just being difficult" with a huge attitude when I was not even being rude from the beginning. I have never once been treated like this from an owner or manager of a restaurant. The hostess was apologetic and the server did eventually come over, but I ended up walking out in tears because of the complete disrespect I was given when all I was asking for was my whites to be cooked and my yolk to be dippy (not asking too much in my opinion). I will give that restaurant another try because I haven't had a bad experience there before and never had an issue with my food before, but it may be a while before I go back. Everyone has bad days, but I didn't cause a scene, throw anything, scream, yell, curse or anything else that would have even remotely given this man a reason to talk to me like that!
