Food is always fresh and well made, staff is always friendly and kind. Their drive thru can get so chaotic, though!

Worst McDonald's you could go to. All the way around. Better off eating air for lunch

I'm done with this McDonald's. There is always an issue anymore. I had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get told at the pay window, which I had wait a while because the worker was doing something else, that they don't have ice coffees. Another worker came over and told me this, not the pay window worker. They asked if I wanted anything else and I said no and left. You made me wait all that time instead of sending someone out to tell me? Or mentioned it when I placed my order?

Another time my coffees were so thick with cream that it was like I was drinking a milkshake and had to dump both. Most of the time I order large with lite ice and extra cream. I get medium, with full ice and no cream whatsoever. How do you mess that up? Multiple times?

Also, I'm tired of hearing the workers swear all the time when the afternoon crew is in. And having to hear about the one manager's bowel problems in detail while I'm up front waiting for my food. This same manager then crouched down and hopped to the back of the restaurant out of nowhere.

I guess this way I'll be saving myself money by just avoiding all McDonald's from here on out.

I went there on 5/29/25 and ordered my food at 11:34 am didn't receive my food until 11:52 (ET) people that ordered after me got their food before me. I didn't order alot I don't understand what took so long to get my food, ridiculous if you ask me. Not going back until they get this fixed. I was forced to rush back to my job and couldn't eat.

Haven't gotten a single order right in months ..

Place went downhill when those new owners took over. I used to go here all of the time. Now, I rarely go because it is not nearly the same.

I placed my order through mobile app tonight and when I pulled up the drive thru, they told me the system was down. The app had allowed me to place the order so their system was perfectly fine. They were all hanging out in the lobby. It was 10:19 when I placed the order and they close at 11pm. Clearly they closed down way before and gave me the excuse the system was down.

Brandon was a genuinely fantastic person who helped me with the Minecraft Meal when it was around. Really good guy, good people working at the store. Was clean.

I don't eat here much but you know what you're getting at McDonald's. The meat won't mold in a year so there's that. Probably not very good for you. But quick and easy

I would rather eat a Checker's burger that had fallen on the floor and then thrown in the dumpster than i would give this mcdonalds my business. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

McDonalds hasn't impressed me like this in a while! Both my sandwiches and nuggets were fresh and piping hot, perfectly timed service and every substitution/customization was done correctly. Everything tasted awesome.

They didn’t give me sauce. Sauce is my life. I paid 20 cents for a ranch I didn’t receive.
