I don't know why it's so difficult to get drive-thru people at this location that are actually friendly and interested in working at their job.

This time everything was wonderful the food was exactly what I expected the people were very friendly and helpful am I order only took a moment or 2 to come out.

The people were very friendly and helpful the problem is that I came here and subjected myself to this food because I was in a hurry but after paying they told me to go park in a spot and wait for my food to be delivered out so I had to wait another few minutes I thought the whole idea of McDonald's was in and out quick and fast the lady in front of me the lady in front of her all of us are sitting over here waiting for our food right now I don't know if they're doing this so their numbers look better for corporate I don't know but this is not why I came her... And to top it all off I just found out they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet tea and of course I've already left so now I'm just out of luck

This McDonald's is horrid. The food is wrong every single time, they make you park for some French fries because they are just too lazy to throw them in when you order them, the staff is rude every single time. And the management is abhorrent.

I really am a passive person & the last thing I wanna do is go in & complain but like I come here in a rush & I give 10 minute leeway’s for 2 McChickens and it’s (almost) always at least a 7-8 min wait, busy or not, with 2 times me heading inside because I literally cannot wait any longer.

This is not my experience at any others besides on bad rushes. When I finally get to the point where I go in & kindly ask for my refund, I really don’t need to hear “I was literally just taking it out” while giving nasty stares like sorry I burst your bubble

This place is sooo slow. Food is always messed up, cold, and I have a perpetual spot at the curbside pickup. I downloaded the app to see if it made service better, but I'm still always forced to pull up and wait for a cold meal with something I ordered missing. I've had it. Someone else open a Burger King!

Zero stars the lady that runs the lunch rush is beyond unprofessional and rude I’ve seen her getting chewed out in the past and today I see why she’s beyond rude when I try to tell her she never came on my speaker she shut the window on me and talked about me with her coworker very unprofessional when she put me in a spot and came to bring me my food I asked her name she refused to give it and walked away arguing still with me so I have no name to even do a complaint

Yall suck at your jobs literally ordered 2 DrPepper's and got a coke and 1 DrPepper and no straws and both had ice in them.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times only because there’s nothing else nearby. First, I’ll say the morning crew is great—friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is the complete opposite. This is easily the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited.

The average time for a car to move in line is about four minutes, and often it’s much longer. I’ve watched employees standing around at the pay window just messing around instead of helping customers. Tonight, I was even asked if I had already paid.

I don’t place all the blame on the staff—it’s clear this is a direct reflection of poor management. Having been a successful manager for over 30 years, I can say with confidence that this location badly needs stronger leadership and better accountability.

Dine in took forever, 25 minutes for a happy meal and a quarter pound meal. Meanwhile drive through was moving along. Even other people and Uber eats were getting there food before ours

If possible I would rate zero stars. I am not one to leave a bad review as I have worked in the fast food industry before and know how it affects a company. However since new management took over, this place has gone downhill fast. The wait time is no shorter than a half hour and most times they park you. We have been forgotten after being parked as well. Orders are always wrong and food is always cold. The people here are rude and at this point its more worth it to drive to the mcdonalds on 30. Mcdonalds needs to close this franchise down

Some of the rudest McDonald's staff I've ever come across, and as an over the road truck driver that says A LOT! Let's also not forget, you have 1 job....make the right food and get it to the customer and you suck at that too!

When in the area, just go to checkers next door!

Ordered drive thru then had to park in a spot to wait for my mcchicken and Small fry. They apparently forgot about me so I had to go inside-the Mgr was great and got my food right away and offered me a drink for free. Whole point of drive thru is to NOT get out of the car.
