Manager was very rude customers service is so bad anymore. I was given the wrong order when I literally asked if it was the right one and yes I kind of had an attitude who wouldn’t when you were lied to. But the way the manager handled it was so unprofessional. You over pay these people and they can’t even get orders right. Like it’s not that hard.

Whats the point of allowing customers to customize their order if you refuse to accommodate? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The coupons on the app also don't work at this location and the only answer a manager can give is "we don't deal with the app". Terrible customer service and employees clearly don't value the customer. Take your business elsewhere for your own sake.

Not one of the best McD's around. The fries are usually overcooked and doesn't taste great. I've tried it a few times and it has never been like the standard McDonald's.

I never rate &do reviews but I was angry last night.I had ordered 20 piece nuggets. customer service was good and I was the only customer at the time…the food came out fast which I was happy about but when I got home (5 min drive )the nuggets were cold & solid not even close to warm. They felt and tasted like leftovers someone didn’t want and saved them for the next person.. Very disappointing and waste of money and time. This McDonald’s used to be great. What happened ??

I called and asked for 3 large whoppers and they hung up. Extremely disrespectful and id like to speak to the manager. Honestly sad to see how people are now a days.

To be honest I have been to tons of McDonald's but this 1 stands out way above. The manager had a great attitude, people were working and helpful, and the restaurantwas clean. I had a large order and being disabled the manager literally carried my order to my truck. Also every single order was correct and good taste better than most. I will go out of my way to stop at this McDonald's in the future.
