Completed an overdue trip to Mi Rancho tonight. Overdue since it's right up the street from work. I am a big fan of Caribbean flavors and small business so I was hyped. Started with a chicken empanada. Little light on the chicken but perfect crust and flavor was silly good. The sauce on the side sets it off perfect. We're off to a good start. Mi Rancho serves up deliciously amazing, authentic food that has quickly become my go-to choice whenever I don't feel like cooking. The customer service is consistently excellent, making every experience enjoyable. If you're in the area, this place is a must-try!
