Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered tonight around 5:45PM with an estimated delivery 6:40PM-6:50PM. I called the location at 6:55PM to check status & they told me they had completed delivery. Which I explained was not to my address nor to me. They asked me to describe my home (weird) and essentially disputed me on the fact I had not received my order. I have just gotten off the phone with their manager after a 33 minute phone conversation over a $34.31 pizza order. Still unresolved. I am waiting on their GM to make a call on a refund - for $34.31 lol

gotta say im disappointed in the pizza i received tonight ,got the buy one,get one deal and what we got was a mess. cheese melted away from pizza.Eatable but come on

I bought for 25 kids pizzas for a pizza party. We asked for plates and they wouldn't give them to us. Twenty five kids had to eat pizza off of a paper towel. Unbelievable how terrible he customer service was.

Very annoyed! This is the second time I purchase a cheese pizza and it’s looks absolutely taste a mess. The first time I order cheese it looks just like this. This location needs work! It’s very upsetting.

Cheese on pizza was not cooked. Pizza was cold. The meat wasn’t cooked on the papadias., neither did I see parmesan. (Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia) Boneless chicken was not completely cooked either!!

My only issue is I want a larger pizza. The one in Manchester is great. They actually cook the pepperoni ,the pizza isn't a sloppy mess like most other pizza shops in the area. Sorry but all I ever order from here is their pizza because I think it's the best. Hope this helped you.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, one came with a dusty fuzzy piece of whatever in/on the pie. The second pizza was missing the toppings I paid extra for. No pepperoni, no extra cheese and no 3 cheese blend. Usually the boxes come with a sticker seal, these pizza boxes were not sealed so we don’t know if it was messed with from the delivery driver or someone at the store.

The shift leader pretended to be a manager over the phone, chose to blame us for the fuzz in the pizza and refused to give a full refund even after I offered to drive the whole order back to them. She even got an attitude with me over the phone (poor customer service skills) They did offer to remake the order and redeliver it but at this point ordering from this location could be a safety hazard.

Selected no contact delivery and to deliver to the back porch, the delivery driver knocked on the front door until we answered. What is the tip for if they don’t even care to read the delivery instructions that are printed on the box. Someone is slacking big time at this location and they don’t even care when called out about it.

Try to call for a pizza at 9:10 pm to take to work for 3rd shift. Called a few times, and the line was always busy. Since I live behind bobcat creamer, that's only a mile away. I decided to drive in and order in person. When I got there about 20 after 9, she said it was too late to make a small pepperoni pizza because they close at 10. I guess 40 minutes is too long to make one small pizza. But Jim & Nena's was able to make one for me. Now I knew where to go next time!!!!
