Not one to complain but this place won’t honor their word. Been ordering from them for over 3 years, even after mistakes. We get mistakes happen. But within 1 month we ordered 3 times and each time something was wrong. Ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and ended up giving us a complete different one. Then ordered pizzas and our cheese pizza was literally folded in half in the box, with all the cheese and grease it was a disaster. Called to complain and they told us next time we order we would get a FREE large cheese pizza. Called tonight to get that plus other stuff and was on the phone for 10+ minutes because they wouldn’t honor their word. They said “all we can do is $5 off.” Will not be ordering there ever again.

I placed an order on their website for delivery at 8:59 for a Stromboli. I get a call 3 mins later from a female cashier that they can’t deliver my order because their delivery driver finishes at 8:40 and did I want to pick up the order I remained calm the entire duration of the phone call not once raising my voice. I simply asked her if I can get my money back. She replied for me to hold on and she would talk to the manager. After a few seconds “Robbie” the manager gets on the phone defensively claiming I was “yelling” at his cashier and over talking me. I explain to him “sir I never raised my voice one I was speaking calmly as I am now to you I simply asked about getting a refund and was put on hold for her to speak with you.” I was told that he would void the payment. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day to find out if everything was voided and nothing posts to my account. I did further explain that if what they are telling me is accurate they need to sharpen up their system/website to where you cannot place an online order for delivery after a certain time and furthermore update the hours posted in their online point of service system for delivery. I’m really disappointed with the experience because it came off as they didn’t feel like delivering the order which I could get over but out of guilt acting defensively with the expectation that I would “go off” and to further lie for a reason to justify their lack of responsibility and mistake was wrong. I patronize this business a lot whether through delivery or pick up. This was one of those times where I couldn’t do a pick up and I spent my last 23$ I had tonight including a tip to make sure my kids ate to not have certainty of when I would get my money back feels like robbery.

Never supporting a Parma Pizza, ever again. We have a new Parma Pizza in Elizabethtown, PA and we ordered food through the Slice app thinking it was for the Elizabethtown location. Turns out they don’t even offer Slice for the Elizabethtown location and we ordered it through this location. No problem, we called to see if they could cancel and/or refund our order ($37). They refused to help in any capacity as did the Slice app. I understand this was our mistake but the fact that they couldn’t offer ANY solution is absurd to me. Terrible customer service.

I just ordered delivery. It was on time and she was nice. Food was great. Better than I was expecting. I liked Parma for pizza, but now I'm a cheese steak fan as well. Good steak to bread ratio, and the onions were cooked perfectly. Not too mention a fresh soft roll.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parma, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious—every bite of the pizza was bursting with flavor, and the variety of toppings made it hard to choose just one. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family.
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and it made our visit all the more enjoyable.
The only minor drawback was that some of the tables were a bit wobbly, which made for a slightly inconvenient dining experience. I believe addressing this issue would elevate the overall experience even further.
Overall, I highly recommend parma pizza and grill for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return!

Yall… I spent more money here than ANYWHERE. I’m the type of person that looks and looks for a real good spot and sticks with it. I found this place, probably like 3 years ago. They have good service. It really depends on the person taking your order and how busy they are. Amazing food. I will say that there are times when the food is stunning, amazing, just so delicious, but they do have time where is just okay. Again, you have to take into consideration that on a Friday or Saturday, it’s packed. So they are pushing out tons of food. I’ve never had a problem with their services. When they forget something, they send it out. I love them.
Probably the worst meal I've had in a long long time the chicken tenders would dry and overcooked and the french fries were burned

Worst pizza on the east coast, first time they burnt the bottom after I said don't burn it, 2nd time was just as burnt and hard to eat had to throw it away, if you like burnt pizza with low amount of toppings That's the place you'll find it
