Amazing food but the worst service possible. Food constantly missing are mistaken for other items. Being put on hold while you're still talking. And overall, just a horrible experience, which sucks because you're paying a premium price to get some mediocre service

Food is awful. Ordered pizza which was nasty but the Stromboli was paper thin sticking to paper falling apart a ham sandwich would have been better. Haven't been there in couple years and will not go back! 57.00 for crap

We were so disappointed tonight! We ordered two subs at 5:56 PM. After half hour of waiting at 6:26 PM we still did not have our subs and when we asked about them, we were told that they were slammed with call-in orders. So I guess that meant we went to the back of the line even though we And one other family were the only ones in the restaurant waiting for our food. We have been to Pizza box before and really enjoyed the subs there. But their service is terrible. We finally just had to ask for money back because they hadn’t even started to make our subs. I can’t even review the food because we never got it. So disappointed. Will we go back? I don’t know.

Ordered delivery - driver was on time and polite. Ordered steak salad, garden salad, Italian Stromboli, cheese pizza, and boardwalk fries. Food was delicious, hot, and salads were amazingly fresh. Best steak salad in the york area. Reasonable prices. Will definitely order again

We picked up their everyday XL pizzas special everyone was really commenting on the pizza was really good. Definitely will be going back , highly recommend.
Ordered to go. Told 40 minutes to pickup. Got there 45 minutes after ordering and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Most of food was cold. Asked for no sauce on subs and they had sauce. Will not be back!

Ordered several times over several years and food quality constantly changes, last couples times delivery drive had no ticket for amount due. They answered phone had me on hold then disconnected me called back answered rudly and was busy talking to whoever else was there instead of listening to my order! Then was told specials are pick only when ive had them delivered before for years!

Just tried to order,very slow response put on hold to be disconnected then I call back and they pick up hello like no greeting nothing to try to take my order when apparently talking to someone else while trying to take order to then be told they only do specials for pick up when ive ordered several times and had delivered. food is hit or miss with the quality of food constantly changing and ive been ordering from them for many years! I've asked for a updated menu also with no luck and delivery driver comes with no ticket for price.

The food was amazing! The wait for our order was a little long but I believe there were some extenuating circumstances beyond their control the evening I visited which left them short staffed. I wouldn't hesitate to return! The food was worth the wait!
