“I haven't eaten anything that wasn't delicious yet! The drinks are good and decently priced. You are allowed to smoke in the bar, so if cigarettes bother you, it's probably not the place to go for you. You can take your drinks into the bowling alley and play a few games while you drink! I always have a good time there.“

“This place is so underrated. I don't get it, the parking lot is practically empty all the time but this place is legit the best restaurant in the area. The food is always unique, the draft beer selection is second to none in this town (have to go to Lancaster city or Harrisburg to compete with this). Music selection is good, servers are chill... I don't get why this place isn't packed. If u pass thru Etown u need to go to the Black Gryphon.“

“Looking for a beer and lunch a little before noon in York. We went to this gem downtown. I haven't been there in a long time, but it won't be nearly as long until I'm back. Neat place with tons of atmosphere. Impressive selection of spirits on the shelf behind the bar. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.“

“Best place around for quality and price of food, service and atmosphere. Beats Dylan’s and Jen Jen’s hands down. Can’t complain. They have 4 tv’s w ballgames on, live music and tix/prizes on a Tuesday. Pool tables. Food specials every day. Tacos are fresh and filled. Chill but very busy, in a good way. Plenty of seating. What else can I say? Wish I’d been making the extra 10min further drive east to come here years ago.“

“My wife and I had a great meal here about a month ago. Food was good and the waitstaff were friendly. It was busy that night but we were still please with our food. Looking forward to our next trip out. Didn't have a beer because it was back to school night, but next time we'll try something.“
“This bar is such a fun time!! We come here often and the drinks are great and very reasonably priced. The bartender Peyton makes great drinks and and is super nice and attentive- even when it gets busy. Music is great, atmosphere is great, and they have darts!“

“My new fav. The bartender was so helpful. My Dad and I were returning from a long 8 hour drive and stopped by this place.

“Went on a late night eats. Evidently the kitchen closed at 9:45, which our waitress neglected to tell us when we ordered our first part of our meal. The pizzas (the pepperoni and the bacon chicken ranch) were EXCELLENT! True dough boy in the back making them tonight. The atmosphere is very nice…”indoor outdoor”, beautiful grounds, nice ambiance. They had a live band tonight so I get to understand that’s a Friday thing. Worth the experience ?.“
