I was in the area and wanted a fish sandwich so I headed to this location that was a little out of the way but happened to be the closest to where I was at the time. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out that the very reason I wanted Arby's, (the fish sandwich) was out of stock at 3:30pm. I shifted gears and decided to try their Rueben sandwich combo with curley fries. I placed my order online and I don't remember it giving me the option to go through the drive-thru, so I had to go inside to grab my order. There was plenty of parking and only a few people dining inside when I walked in. I was promptly greeted and my order was up within a few minutes. After checking my order, I noticed my fries were cold but they quickly took them back and brought me a fresh, hot order once they came out the fryer. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was pleasant and I appreciate that. I ended up dining in and the dining room was clean. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the issue with items being out of stock. Other than that, my visit was great!

To the kid at the drive through wearing a hoodie. You are not Eminem. Stop trying to look at act cool and do your job. Shame on the management for not training this kid up and teaching him how to perform good customer service!!!! Your job is not to act cool, it's to get to the food to the customer that pays your salary!!!!

I showed up with my family (8 year old daughter & 5 year old daughter) on 03/01/2024 at 9:38 pm and the shift manager refused us service, she saw us pull in, I parked by the door temporarily, I exited my vehicle & checked the hours of operation on the door, and verified that they were open, I proceeded to park my vehicle, the shift manager rushed to the door at 9:40 pm & locked the door in our faces and rushed away, I most certainly would hope that the store manager checks the cameras, this is horrible customer service, I will absolutely be contacting the corporate office about this

This was my first time going to this Arby's and I was shocked at how much cozier it looked compared to the one closer to my house.The workers were really nice and our food was made really well. Definitely a really good experience.

If I could give a negative star I would customer service is garbage employee act like they don’t know what they are doing and manager just stares at order screen instead of helping clear order I would highly recommend getting staff up to speed and manager do her job and lead instead of staring at a screen doing
Husband and me had a great experience at rhe Arby's 9n Manheim Pike , very clean inside , as well food freshly made and the employees was very pleasant , will go back again as well refer people to go to that Arby'

Stood there 5 minutes looking at the menu already knew what I wanted when I walked in. Walked to the end of the counter where it says pick up too look back in the kitchen to see if I could see somebody and no one was in sight so I walked out. Looked like they were all out back smoking or sitting in their car.
